On Monday Night Football this week, the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will conclude Week 13 in the NFL season. Tampa Bay comes into this game atop the NFC South standings, but they are below .500 and their grasp on the division lead is rather tenuous. In our NFL betting picks for this week, we look at Saints vs Buccaneers on Monday night.

This game will be played at Raymond James Stadium at 8:15 PM ET on Monday, December 5, 2022.
Why Bet The Under:
✅ The Buccaneers have the sixth worst scoring offense in the NFL this season. Tom Brady has struggled to connect with his receivers all year, while the Tampa Bay running game has been even worse. That will help this game stay under the total.
✅ However, the defense of the Buccaneers is in the top-seven in the league for the year in points allowed. They are giving up 18.5 points per game, and they will slow down a Saints team that was shut out in Week 12 against the 49ers.
✅ Buccaneers games have gone under the total nine times in 11 games coming into this week. They will continue to be one of the most profitable under teams in the NFL with this low-scoring contest against the Saints.

New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints were held scoreless last week by the San Francisco 49ers. New Orleans had multiple chances down by the goal line to get onto the scoreboard in the second half, but they could not complete any of those chances. This week, the Saints will hope to be more efficient offensively to have a chance to knock off the rival Buccaneers.
To help the Saints be better offensively this week, their running game is going to need to show up in a way it did not last week. The Saints had 63 rushing yards on 22 carries last week. If they are not better against the Bucs on the ground through Alvin Kamara, the Saints could be at risk for a second straight shutout loss.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Last week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost in overtime to the Cleveland Browns in a disappointing showing against a team with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. As has been the case for most of this season, the offense of the Buccaneers was its undoing in that game, as they only managed 17 points for the game. Here, the Bucs may not need much more than that to beat the Saints.
However, Tom Brady needs to be better for the Bucs to not just win this game, but be any sort of threat in the playoffs. He failed to reach 250 passing yards against the Browns last week, and has been a disappointment across the board this year. New Orleans’ greatest strength is its defense, and that defense could make things tough on Brady and company again.
