Our Verdict
High 5 Casino is one of the better all-around social casinos I’ve tested, especially for its huge game selection, dedicated mobile apps, and unique features like Diamonds. The biggest downsides are its higher redemption minimums and limited state availability, but overall, there’s a lot to like here.
Like most other social casinos, High 5 offers a two-part welcome bonus for new players.
After signing up, users receive a no-deposit bonus of 3 Sweeps Coins, 400 Game Coins, and 300 Diamonds. This lets players try the platform and its games before spending any money.
There’s also an optional first purchase bonus that includes 300 Game Coins and 100 Diamonds for $29.99, along with 52 bonus Sweeps Coins.
In addition to the welcome offers, High 5 Casino has several ongoing promotions that give players extra virtual currency. Some of the most common ones include:
Daily Harvest: Log in each day to claim 0.5 free Sweeps Coins.
4-Hour Bonus: Players can collect free Game Coins and Diamonds every four hours.
Referral Bonus: Players receive 600 Game Coins, 20 Sweeps Coins, and 600 Diamonds if a referred friend signs up and makes a qualifying purchase within 30 days.
Mail-In Entry: Players can send a handwritten request by mail to High 5 Casino’s New Jersey office to receive 3 free Sweeps Coins.
High 5 also runs a loyalty program called High 5 Prestige. Players move through six tiers (Novice, Rising Star, Prodigy, Virtuoso, Elite, and Icon) based on gameplay using Game Coins or Sweeps Coins.
Higher tiers unlock additional bonuses and rewards, and tier status can move up or down depending on recent activity (or inactivity).
Purchases at High 5 Casino are optional, which is standard for social and sweepstakes casinos. You don’t need to spend money to play, but if you choose to buy Game Coins, you’ll usually receive bonus Sweeps Coins at roughly a 1 SC per $1 rate.
Some of the typical package options are shown below:
Cost | Game Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
$2 | 10 GC | 2 SC |
$5 | 25 GC | 5 SC |
$10 | 50 GC | 10 SC |
$20 | 100 GC | 20 SC |
$50 | 250 GC | 50 SC |
$100 | 500 GC | 100 SC |
$250 | 1,250 GC | 250 SC |
$500 | 2,500 GC | 502 SC |
$1,000 | 5,000 GC | 1,005 SC |
Players can purchase Game Coin packages at High 5 Casino using debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), PayPal, Skrill, or online banking through Trustly.
Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, can be redeemed for prizes once the minimum thresholds are met. Gift cards require at least 50 SC, while cash redemptions require at least 100 SC.
Gift cards are typically sent to the email address linked to your High 5 account, while cash prizes are paid out through bank transfer, PayPal, or Skrill, depending on the option you select. For more details on purchases and prize redemptions, you can check out our full High 5 Casino banking guide.
High 5 Casino offers a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android devices.
The app, called “High 5 Casino – Slots & Casino,” can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play. It’s generally well rated by players, with scores around 4.6 out of 5 on the App Store and 4.0 out of 5 on Google Play (as of our latest update).
The app closely mirrors the desktop version of High 5 Casino.
Players can access most of the same games and use both Game Coins and Sweeps Coins, including redeeming prizes directly through the app. That’s worth noting because some social casino apps only allow play-for-fun modes and don’t support Sweeps Coin gameplay.

Slots make up the largest part of High 5 Casino’s game library.
As of our latest update, the platform offers more than 1,700 slot titles from over two dozen software providers, including Gaming Corps, Kalamba Games, Relax Gaming, and High 5 Games, the company behind High 5 Casino.
Because High 5 develops its own games, the platform features 300+ exclusive titles that aren’t available on other social casino sites or apps.
In addition, some slots include optional gameplay features:
Boost on Demand: Diamonds can be used to activate free spins or feature upgrades on select games.
Power Play: Available on certain games, this option changes how a slot plays by adding features such as stacked wilds or extra reels for a higher cost per spin.
Besides slots, High 5 also includes a “Live Dealer” section with multiple variations of table games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker. The social casino also has a “Variety Games” section with specialty options such as crash games and Plinko.
Yes, High 5 Casino is a legitimate social casino. It isn’t licensed or regulated as a traditional gambling site because it doesn’t offer direct real-money wagering on games.
Instead, it operates as a sweepstakes platform, meaning players can participate without making a purchase and redeem prizes under the site’s official sweepstakes rules.
High 5 also offers a separate version called High 5 Casino Classic, which is limited to Game Coin play and does not include prize redemptions. The Classic version is available throughout Canada and in most U.S. states, except:
High 5 Casino is owned and operated by High 5 Entertainment, LLC. The casino is backed by High 5 Games, the long-running slot developer behind the High 5 brand, which has been creating casino games since 1995.
High 5 Games supplies content to regulated real-money casinos and holds licenses in markets including New Jersey, Michigan, the United Kingdom, Ontario, and Malta.
High 5 Casino includes several tools that allow users to manage their activity on the platform. These options can be found in the “Player Limits” section of the menu.
Available settings include:
These tools allow users to limit spending or step away from the platform if needed.
High 5 Casino offers a few different ways to get help if you have questions about bonuses, purchases, prize redemptions, or account issues.
Live chat is available through both the website and mobile app and usually starts with an automated assistant before connecting you to a support agent (if needed). Players can also reach support by email at support@high5casino.com.
There’s also a Help Center with answers to commonly-asked questions, and High 5 Casino is active on social media platforms (like Instagram and Facebook) where players sometimes reach out for assistance as well.
ATS Expert Verdict

“High 5 Casino is one of the stronger all-around social casinos I’ve reviewed, especially if you care about game variety, mobile play, and payment flexibility. The 1,900+ games, dedicated iOS and Android apps, PayPal and Skrill support, and long operating history give it more substance than many newer sweepstakes platforms. The 3 SC no-deposit bonus is also a decent way to test the site without spending anything. The biggest drawbacks are the relatively high redemption limits and limited state availability. Cash prizes require at least 100 SC, and player reports suggest that first redemptions and verification can sometimes take longer than expected.”
You cannot wager real cash directly. However, Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes once the minimum redemption amount and playthrough requirements are met.
Diamonds are a separate virtual currency that can be exchanged for gameplay boosts, such as free spins or feature upgrades on select slots. They cannot be redeemed for cash prizes.
Sweeps Coins must be played through at least 1x before they can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards. In other words, any SC you receive through promotions or purchases needs to be wagered once before becoming eligible for redemption.
Yes. The platform verifies your physical location to ensure you are in an eligible state when accessing the site or app.
Live chat is available through the website and app, though response times may vary depending on demand.
