Why Bet The Titans:
✅ The biggest reason to be the Titans in this game is the coaching mismatch for this contest. Mike Vrabel is a much better coach than Josh McDaniels, who is off to yet another disastrous start as an NFL head coach in his first year with the Raiders. The Titans are clearly lacking a spark right now, but bettors should trust Vrabel with their money way more than they do McDaniels here.
✅ The Titans looked terrible in Buffalo on Monday Night Football in Week 2. But going into this contest, they looked good in their only home game of the year against the Giants. Had Randy Bullock made a field goal inside of 50 yards in that game as time expired, the Titans would be 1-1 right now and their season would look a lot different.
✅ This is just a good bounce back spot for the Titans after getting humiliated on Monday Night Football this past week. The Raiders will be a trendy pick based on how bad Tennessee looked in their last game, while the truth is that the Bills are simply one of the best teams in the NFL and played a great game at home. More than anything in this game, we are betting on the situational spot, in addition to the team that has the better coach.

Las Vegas Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders were incredibly close to picking up their first win of this NFL season. They led the Arizona Cardinals 20-0 in Week 2, but relinquished that lead and were forced to go to overtime. In overtime, they stopped the Cardinals and were driving the ball down the field. But a fumble from the Raiders was returned for a touchdown, as the Cardinals were able to steal that contest in overtime at Allegiant Stadium.
This week, the biggest key for the Raiders will simply be how they respond to such a bad loss their last time out. Their level of energy and focus will be telling early in this game, as the Raiders will need plenty of both to avoid a third straight loss to start the season in a rough road spot on the East coast.
Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans were simply blown off the field in Week 2 by the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. Tennessee scored a first quarter touchdown to tie things up at 7-7, but did not score after that, giving up 34 unanswered points in a 41-7 drubbing. Now, the Titans return home to face a Raiders team that has also yet to register a win on the season.
Right now, the Titans’ biggest problem is their lack of anything resembling a consistently dangerous offense. Ryan Tannehill has been mediocre at best so far, and that might be an accomplishment given how little help he has in his receiving corps. But the Titans need to be better on the ground to give themselves a chance to flourish through the air in this game and this season as a whole.
