Why Bet The Vikings:
✅ The Vikings lost to the Lions last week, but they did so with Kirk Cousins looking very promising. Cousins threw for 425 yards, and over 200 yards to Justin Jefferson. He will keep operating at a high level here to help the Vikings get a big home win.
✅ Indianapolis has lost three straight games and has a point differential of -89 on the season. Some of that number has to do with their blowout loss to the Cowboys in Week 13. But they have the second worst point differential in the NFL, with only the Texans being worse in that department.
✅ Jeff Saturday has confirmed that he is sticking with Matt Ryan as the team’s starting quarterback this week against the Vikings. That is bad news for Ryan and the Colts, as it is clear that Ryan does not have it anymore.

Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are coming off of their bye week, which was much-needed after the loss they took to the Dallas Cowboys the week before. Indianapolis was competitive in that game going into the fourth quarter, before allowing 33 straight points to Dallas in that final period of play. Here, the Colts will aim to bounce back from that humiliation.
For Indianapolis, not turning the ball over will be the key to keeping this game respectable enough for them to have a chance to win late. Things were going fine for the Colts against Dallas until they started turning the ball over non-stop in the final 15 minutes. If they can keep possession, they could pull off an upset here.
Minnesota Vikings
For the Minnesota Vikings, the question coming into this game is what to make of last week’s loss to the Detroit Lions. Minnesota was great at moving the ball through the air in that game, but their defense could not get a stop when needed and the Vikings fell on the road to their division rivals. Here, the Vikings will aim to bounce back and collect their 11th win on the season.
Fortunately for the Vikings, they are not under a lot of pressure in the NFC North standings. They are still four games up on the Lions as the final month of the season revs up, and they would virtually need to lose out for the Lions to have a chance to overtake them in the division. Back at home, where they are 6-1 this season, expect the Vikings to look like their usual selves again here.
