Head to Head
Teams Last 10
Pick 1: Dak Prescott to Throw Interception (-155)
Dak Prescott had a big game in the Wild Card win, throwing four passing touchdowns in a blowout over the Tampa Bay Bucs. He also cleaned up his interception issues but those troubles could come back to the forefront against the best defense in football.
Prescott threw an interception in all but two regular season appearances. Including a streak of seven straight games of throwing an INT to end the season where he threw for 11 in total over that span.
The Niners defense has plenty of ballhawks and a pass rush that will force Prescott into making rushed decisions. That is a recipe for bad passes from Dak and another game where the Dallas Cowboys quarterback serves up a gift to the opposing team.

Pick 2: Brock Purdy to Throw Interception (-115)
Brock Purdy has been calm and composed since stepping in as the San Francisco 49ers unlikely starting quarterback. Part of his success has been eliminating mistakes as he has thrown only four interceptions total.
Purdy faces his toughest test against a Cowboys defense that humbled Tom Brady last week. The Cowboys defense was the best defense in football behind the Niners per Football Outsiders’ DVOA metrics and have their own group of ballhawks to force a big play. In fact, the Cowboys defense has nabbed an interception in seven consecutive games.
The Cowboys forced Tom Brady into a bad endzone interception early in the first half last week in a turning point of the game. Unlike Brady, Purdy is young and potentially prone to making a few mistakes, playing into the chances he will toss a pick on Sunday night.

Pick 3: Christian McCaffrey Over 106.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards (-115)
Christian McCaffrey continues to prove to be a yardage machine since joining the 49ers offense at the trade deadline. That trend continued in the Wild Card round against the Seahawks, where McCaffrey put up 136 total yards and added a touchdown in the win.
Facing a tough Cowboys defense should see the Niners offensive game plan lean even further into the short yardage game with McCaffrey to make things easier on their rookie QB. McCaffrey put up his 136 yards on just 17 touches against Seattle and if he sees 20+ against Dallas, another high yardage day will be a guarantee.

Cowboys vs 49ers Preview
Dallas and San Francisco added another page to the books of their storied rivalry last year in the Wild Card. San Francisco managed to pull off the upset in that game but will hope there are no upsets this year when they play the role of betting favorites over Dallas.
The Niners are looking to go to the NFC Championship Game for the third time in four years. They earned a trip to the conference championship last year by upsetting the Green Bay Packers 13-10.
Dak Prescott played amazing last week to earn his first playoff victory, completing 22-for-33 passing for 305 yards and four passing touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown. He will need another career game on Sunday if his Cowboys are to upset the Niners.
What Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy chooses to do after potential touchdowns will be closely watched on Sunday night after kicker Brett Maher missed four extra point kicks against the Bucs. If Maher continues to miss extra points early, the Cowboys could be forced into going for two point conversions and impacting point spread outcomes in the process.
The Niners have been dominant at home and will feel good about their chances of taking care of business at Levi’s once again. They are 12-2 against the spread in their last 14 home contests.
