The two Ohio teams in the NFL will clash on Sunday, as the Cleveland Browns visit the Cincinnati Bengals. These teams have played once already this season, with the Browns getting the better of their in-state rivals. But the Bengals have caught fire since then, and enter this contest as the favorite at home. In our NFL predictions for Sunday afternoon, we look at this Browns vs Bengals contest in the AFC North.

This game will be played at Paycor Stadium at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, December 11, 2022.
Why Bet The Bengals:
✅ The Browns are coming off of a win over the Texans where they got three touchdowns between their defense and special teams. Deshaun Watson was terrible in his first start since returning from suspension, and he will continue to struggle here.
✅ Cincinnati has won four straight games, beating quality competition such as the Chiefs and Titans over that span. They will remain one of the hottest teams in the NFL with another victory and a cover in this matchup.
✅ The Bengals lost 32-13 to the Browns earlier this season, but they were not able to play to their normal game plan after falling behind early. With Ja’Marr Chase back for this contest, they will look more like their usual selves and will be more in control of the game script.

Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns won in their last game on Sunday, beating the Houston Texans. That was Deshaun Watson’s first game back after serving his 11-game suspension. But Watson was anything but impressive, as the Browns failed to score an offensive touchdown in the game, scoring all of their touchdowns on defense and special teams.
This week, the Browns are going to need their offense to produce in order to keep up with the high-powered offense of the Bengals. The running game of the Browns will likely be its focal point, but Watson needs to be better than he was in his return game for the Browns to have a chance to pick up key conversions and win this contest.
Cincinnati Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals got a huge win last week, beating the Kansas City Chiefs to improve to 8-4 on the season. Cincinnati is now 8-4 on the season and is second to the Baltimore Ravens despite having the same record. But the Bengals can move into first place in the division with a win and a loss by the Ravens this week in Pittsburgh.
For the Bengals, the return of Ja’Marr Chase was huge for them against Kansas City. Chase led all receivers in that game with 97 yards, and made some key plays down the stretch to help the Bengals run the clock out. Simply having him healthy again is a huge boost for the Bengals, and will be a factor in this game after Chase missed the first meeting between these teams.
