Baltimore Ravens at Los Angeles Rams – Monday Night Football Pick & Preview

There are a couple big inter-conference games this week in the NFL and one of those takes place on Monday Night as the 8-2 Baltimore Ravens travel to Los Angeles to take on the 6-4 Rams. Both teams are right in the thick of the playoff picture and the Baltimore Ravens are hunting for the top overall seed in the AFC.

The Baltimore Ravens currently occupy the second seed in the AFC, but are just half a game back of the top seed New England Patriots with Baltimore holding the head-to-head advantage. Baltimore has a three game lead in the AFC North and have all but wrapped up a division title.

Los Angeles is in the toughest division in football and find themselves three games back of the first place San Francisco and two games back of second place Seattle. The Rams also find themselves two games back of the final Wild Card spot in the NFC, so Los Angeles need to start stacking wins if they want to get back to the playoffs.

Below is my best bet for the Baltimore Ravens at Los Angeles Rams. All lines are from PointsBet Sportsbook

Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Los Angeles Rams: O/U 46.5 points (-110/-110)

The Baltimore Ravens extended their winning streak to six games with a dominant 41-17 win over the Houston Texans on Sunday. Baltimore never had to sweat during this game as the Ravens held the Texans to 0 points until midway through the fourth quarter and led 27-0 at the end of the third quarter. The Ravens look like the best team in the NFL at the moment with QB Lamar Jackson currently leading the MVP odds at +190. Baltimore is 2-0 against NFC teams this season and are 4-1 on the road in 2019. The Baltimore Ravens are 5-4-1 against the spread and the over has hit in six of their 10 games this season.

The Los Angeles Rams kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a 17-7 win, over the Chicago Bears, on Sunday Night Football last week. Los Angeles put up just 283 yards, but were luckily going against Mitch Trubisky and a Bears offense that could only put up 267 total yards. The Rams have now won three of four games as they prepare for a tough end of season schedule. Los Angeles is 2-1 against the AFC this season and are 3-2 at home in 2019. The Los Angeles Rams are 7-3 against the spread and the under has hit in seven of their 10 games this season.

Series History: The Baltimore Ravens have won three straight meetings between these two and now lead the all-time series 4-2.

NFL ATS Pick: The Baltimore Ravens head into LA and continue their winning streak with a double digit victory. I am backing Baltimore -3.5 Monday night.

YTD NFL Results: 41-34
