There is only so much you can do to talk about all of the individual matchups and everything that goes into the handicap of the Super Bowl. We got a nice break from that on Friday on ATS Radio when the one and only Dave Sharapan joined host Adam Burke to talk about booking the Super Bowl, some of the biggest decisions he can remember, and a lot of really interesting insight about the industry as a whole.
Don’t worry, we’ll have all of that traditional Super Bowl content here at ATS.io, including lots of prop bets and thoughts on Chiefs vs. Buccaneers. We’re also all over the NBA, college basketball, and NHL as well, so make sure you don’t forget about those sports! Be sure to download the ATS App, which has a lot of helpful handicapping tools and resources for bettors of all bankrolls and skill levels.
Host Adam Burke and our Friday guest Dave Sharapan just talk like two guys in a bar BS’ing about the industry and we’ll tell you, it makes for good radio. Adam and Dave talked about Super Bowl LV from the perspective of being on the other side of the counter on this edition of ATS Radio. They talked about the initial action on the spread and total for the game and about what goes into setting that number and the initial movement that takes place.
Then it was all about the stories. The guys talked about the balancing of risk in the prop markets and about what it takes to come up with those numbers. Dave had stories about past Super Bowl decisions from the counter and from the back room. He also talked about some of his prop betting tips and strategies and about how college basketball just gets in the way when it comes to booking the Super Bowl. It was a great show and something different for our ATS Radio listeners.
Join us on Monday when we chat about some Super Bowl props and college basketball with Kyle Hunter.
