Thursday Night Football is back for another week and thankfully for football fans, Thursday’s matchup finally features two teams that can move the football on offense as the New Orleans Saints take on the Arizona Cardinals. Here, we give bettors a Saints vs Cardinals parlay for this thrilling contest by Thursday Night Football standards.
Both the Saints and the Cardinals desperately need a win to keep their hopes of a Wild Card run feasible as the two teams have identical 2-4 records. New Orleans and Arizona are also both coming off a loss in Week 6, making Thursday night’s game even more crucial. With the NFC West and NFC South both struggling division wide this season, the year is not yet over for the winner of this game.
The Cardinals are also trying to snap a lengthy home losing streak as the team has lost their last eight games on home turf. Oddsmakers think tonight is the night as the Cardinals are -2.5 favorites over the Saints.
Let’s take a look at three of the best bets for Thursday Night Football, attached as always in a neat little Same Game Parlay package.
Pick 1 | Arizona Cardinals Moneyline (-145) |
Pick 2 | Kyler Murray Over 245.5 Passing Yards (-110) |
Pick 3 | Alvin Kamara Over 100.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards (-110) |
Saints vs Cardinals Parlay Odds | +550 ($20 to win $110) |
Pick 1: Arizona Cardinals Moneyline (-145)
Recent home struggles aside, this is a game the Arizona Cardinals should take care of on their own turf. The Saints offense is decimated with injuries, compounded by the shortened week to prepare and recover.
The Saints will be without receivers Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry, tight end Adam Trautman and left guard Andrus Peat on the offensive side of the football. New Orleans will also start Andy Dalton at quarterback in place of Jameis Winston as their passing attack is without their top two wideouts.
With all of the injuries mounting for the Saints, it would be a disgrace for the Cardinals to lose this football game at home. Arizona has put up some lousy performances this year to make it hard to have faith in them, yet this is a game they should and will win.

Pick 2: Kyler Murray Over 245.5 Passing Yards (-110)
Kyler Murray gets his top receiving option back for Week 7 as star wideout DeAndre Hopkins is back following a six game suspension to start the season. Even better for Murray, the Saints will be without the top cornerback on their depth chart as Marshon Lattimore is going to miss his second straight game.
The Saints have been burned by elite wideouts in the last three weeks as Justin Jefferson, Tyler Lockett and Ja’Marr Chase all posted 100+ yard days against the New Orleans secondary. With Lattimore still out and Hopkins back and well rested, Murray should have one of his best box scores of the season.
Also boding well for the Murray passing yardage over is the absence of key running backs for the Cardinals. It is likely both James Conner and Darrel Williams are absent for the second straight game and if they are unavailable, the Cardinals offense will need to find ways to move the ball in the air in the short yardage passing game to compensate, which should help this leg of our Saints vs Cardinals parlay.

Pick 3: Alvin Kamara Over 100.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards (-110)
The New Orleans Saints are missing their two top wideouts and are without Jameis Winston but they do have the benefit of their dangerous running back as Alvin Kamara has been in fine form as of late.
Missing both Thomas and Landry, the Saints have been feeding the rock to Kamara and Taysom Hill on the ground of late. A strategy that has been great for Kamara’s fantasy owners and prop bettors as the running back has put up 194 and 124 yards from scrimmage in the past two games.
It is almost a guarantee the Saints will feed Kamara around 25-30 touches spread amongst the ground and the air on Thursday night. If Kamara stays healthy through the entirety of the game, he should breeze to another 100+ yards from scrimmage night and cash the over for a third straight week on this prop.

Saints vs Cardinals Preview
Arizona are going to be without two key veteran faces on the offensive line. Left guard Justin Pugh and center Rodney Hudson both are expected to miss this contest, forcing the Cardinals to roll with backups Max Garcia and Sean ‘Don’t Call Him Jack’ Harlow.
No team has trailed longer in their games this season than the Cardinals. Arizona has played from behind for an average of 43 minutes per game thus far, playing into their 2-4 record as there haven’t been many leads for the Cards in 2022.
Saints expected starter at quarterback Andy Dalton has struggled in primetime throughout his lengthy NFL career. The former Bengals and Cowboys quarterback has a record of 6-18 in 24 night game starts. Dalton has also thrown 20 interceptions in those games as the bright lights have not been kind to the veteran passer.
New Orleans has struggled against the run this season, seeing their yards per game conceded spike from 93.5 yards per game to a much higher 120.8 yards per game.
