No April Fooling here that today is the last regular weekly episode with Brad Powers until August. We scale back a bit in the summertime on behalf of our guests and also with the lighter schedule of games and events, so with the Final Four and then the National Championship over the next few days, host Adam Burke and Brad got together to chat about college hoops one final time for this season.
It is MLB Opening Day and you can check out Adam’s thoughts on the first day of action with today’s write-ups. It is a long article with tons of insight and information, but as far as we’re concerned, nobody does it better, so check that out. We also have coverage of all of the other sports markets in play, including NBA, college basketball, NHL, golf, NASCAR, UFC, and so much more.
Host Adam Burke and pro bettor and handicapper Brad Powers from BradPowersSports.com got together one final time for this college basketball season to chat a little bit about the FCS, the Final Four, the National Championship Game, and some future improvements to their college hoops handicapping. The FCS chat was short and sweet, as line value hasn’t worked out in Brad’s favor and a lot of teams have opted out of the season over the last couple of weeks, but the guys still wanted to make mention of what is happening on the gridiron.
On the college basketball side, Adam and Brad talked about what we’ve seen in the NCAA Tournament so far and if any of that will carry over in their minds to future tournaments. The guys discussed Houston vs. Baylor and UCLA vs. Gonzaga with picks, leans, and breakdowns before looking at the look-ahead lines for the National Championship Games. Finally, the guys talked about what they took away from this college basketball season and how they’ll look to use that in the future.
Join Adam on Friday for a new edition of The Bettor’s Box.
