Rams vs Lions
This NFC matchup is one that had significant player movement between the franchises in the offseason. The Rams did not want to waste their contending window and moved on from Jared Goff. He was sent to Detroit for Matthew Stafford. Now the quarterbacks will face off against each of their former teams. Those teams are on very different trajectories.

This is a nice offer to take from BetMGM, particularly when betting on the Rams. Their high end offense is going to get you plenty of touchdowns. Take the 20:1 return on a team that is going to win by blowout.

Why Bet The Rams
✅ The Rams are absolutely among the league’s elites. Their offense has absolutely ascended back to elite status with Matthew Stafford taking the snaps. He had an immediate rapport with Cooper Kupp, and that connection has become one of the most unstoppable in the league. With Robert Woods figuring out a role as well, this passing offense is simply high end. The run game has become the complement and not the focus, and Darrell Henderson is playing that part to perfection. Replacing Jared Goff and his limitations with Stafford simply gave the offense more options and raised the ceiling immensely.
✅ As good as the Rams are, the winless Lions are equally as bad. The scary part for the Lions is they are yet to play an elite team, unless we are counting the Ravens in that category. They had some fight in them and were trying to keep games close-ish, but that fell apart last week in a 23 point loss to the Bengals. The offense just has no juice with Goff’s limited skill set, and it truly shows. They have not scored more than 17 points in any game since Week 1. The wide receiving corps is the worst in football. Once a deficit has been created, there is no getting out for this team.

✅ The mismatch on both sides of the ball in Rams vs Lions will cumulatively be too much for the Lions to handle. There is no doubt the Rams will have some extra juice on defense, wanting to expose their former teammate in Goff. The same can be said for the Lions, but that is where ability comes into play. Stafford will have his way while Goff will be overmatched.
