Last time out, the Texas Longhorns hosted the Baylor Bears and came away with a 27-16 victory. Baylor led 3-0 after the first quarter, but Texas scored 27 unanswered points, 13 in the second and 14 in the third, to take control of this game. Baylor scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to make this game look closer than it really was. Wide receivers Tarik Black and Jared Wiley combined for 142 yards on just three catches.
Oklahoma State hosted the then #17 Iowa State Cyclones and came away with a good 24-21 victory. This game went back and forth most of the game, but 10 unanswered points by Oklahoma State, in the third and fourth quarter, led the Cowboys to victory. Quarterback Spencer Sanders went 20/29 for 235 yards, one touchdown, two interceptions, and added an additional 71 yards and one touchdown on 15 rushed. Star running back Chuba Hubbard rushed the ball 25 times for 139 yards and one touchdown.
Series History: Texas won 36-30 last season and now leads the all-time series 25-9.
CFB Predictions: I just do not believe in Oklahoma State for some reason. Give me Texas money line and +3.5.
