A top 10 SEC showdown is set for Saturday, October 3, 2020, when the #13 Texas A&M Aggies (1-0) visits the #2 Alabama Crimson Tide in what should be an exciting game. These two teams had different starts to the season as Alabama came out firing on all cylinders and Texas A&M slept walk through their game. This game will air live on CBS at 3:30 p.m. EST.
The Texas A&M offense did not look good in their season opener as they scored just 17 points and totaled 376 total yards, 189 through the air and 187 on the ground. Defensively Texas A&M was stout as they held Vanderbilt to 12 points and 255 yards, 150 passing and 105 rushing.
Alabama’s offense had a great start to the season as they put up 38 points and 414 yards of offense, 303 passing and 111 rushing. Defensively Alabama held the Tigers to 19 points and 322 total yards, 253 through the air and 69 on the ground.
