- Virginia Tech isn’t going to be good in the ACC this year, but they should be able to take advantage of an inferior opponent at home in this contest.
Purdue vs Virginia Tech is technically a game between Power 5 teams, but this is certainly not the best that the Big Ten and ACC has to offer. With that said, we like Virginia Tech to win at home against Purdue, who looked terrible at home against Fresno State. The Hokies got their revenge against Old Dominion, and should be able to follow up on it against a Boilermakers team that was torched defensively in their opener.
