- Purdue had lost four games in a row before last week’s win against Minnesota, but those losses came against four elite defensive teams, which Northwestern is not.
- Purdue is in last place in the Big Ten West, but they are just a game back of second place as well.
The Big Ten West has been a disaster this season and this weekend’s Purdue vs Northwestern game could be further proof of that. We like Purdue to win this game and cover the spread on the road, denying Northwestern bowl eligibility for at least one more week.
