In this year’s LA Bowl, the potential for a home-field advantage is there, as UCLA was selected to compete in the game. If that is the case again for this contest, we could see Boise State gain the upper hand.
Boise State, by the way, could not have enjoyed a stronger finish to its season. They rattled off four straight wins to win the Mountain West, including two impressive wins over Air Force and UNLV to finish the job in conference play. Momentum is on Boise’s side going into this game, but they will need to execute on the field in this game to make that momentum worth something.
