Why Bet The Broncos:
✅ While the Denver Broncos haven’t played any quality competition yet, they have the blueprint to stop the Baltimore Ravens. Their pass rush should get after Lamar Jackson and force him to make bad decisions with his arm and his legs.
✅ Denver has one of the best offenses in the NFL, regardless of their strength of schedule thus far. Teddy Bridgewater is one of the best quarterbacks of all-time at covering the spread, as he does not turn the ball over often, allowing the Broncos to rely on their defense and their skill position players to propel them.
✅ Denver has been the number one team in the NFL in maintaining time of possession. They have kept the ball for an average of 36 minutes per game, which has enabled them to limit the impact of opposing offenses throughout the year. Doing that to Lamar Jackson and the Ravens will create a huge edge for Denver here.
Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens split their first two games of this season against AFC West opponents, but they needed a miracle to get by the Detroit Lions in Week 3. They trailed in the final seconds of the game, and needed a 66-yard field goal from Justin Tucker to win that matchup. That field goal by Tucker was an NFL record for the longest kick in the history of the league, which could set the Ravens up with momentum for this game.

While the Ravens did get the win against the Lions, there have to be some concerns with the team’s ability to play well on both sides of the ball. Against the Chiefs, Baltimore struggled on defense but put up points offensively. Against Detroit, the opposite was the case. This week, Baltimore won’t be able to afford to struggle on either side of the ball to pick up a win.
Denver Broncos
Denver improved to 3-0 on the season last week by shutting out the New York Jets at home. This season, the Broncos have demolished the New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets. The Ravens will be a much tougher challenger than any of those three teams, and the Broncos will have to be as sharp as possible to pick up a fourth straight victory.
The Broncos have benefited from the decision to start Teddy Bridgewater this season immensely. Bridgewater has completed over 76% of his passes this season, and has yet to throw an interception on the year. Against an injured Baltimore secondary, Bridgewater’s performance will dictate how viable the Broncos’ bid at a 4-0 start is.
