Broncos vs Steelers Betting Pick
This game will be played at Heinz Field at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
Why Bet The Broncos vs Steelers Under:
✅ Both of these offenses were anemic last week, with Pittsburgh managing just 17 points against the Packers and Denver managing just seven points against the Ravens. And as both teams get set to play even better defenses this coming week, things aren’t likely to get much better for either offense on Sunday.
✅ Pittsburgh and Denver both have defenses that are in the top half of the league in yards per play allowed. And both offenses are in the bottom half of the league in yards gained per play when in possession of the ball. Points and yards should be at a premium in this game, which helps the under in a big way.

✅ The Broncos are missing some key players on the offensive side of the ball due to injury. And while Ben Roethlisberger is available to play for the Steelers, his lack of mobility makes him a liability for the Steelers on offense.
Denver Broncos
After beating the Giants, Jaguars and Jets in the first three games of their season, the Denver Broncos were sent back down to Earth against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. Their offense could not get anything going against Baltimore, managing just seven points at home. This week, the Broncos have a chance to prove that their performance against the Ravens was a one-off, but doing so will not be easy.
The criticism of the Broncos through three weeks was that their team was not all that good despite a 3-0 start. Their weak schedule was used to discredit their start to the season, and doubters of the Broncos were proven largely to be correct based on how the team played against the Ravens. This week, the Broncos face another tough defense, which could make the claims that their start was fraudulent even louder.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers lost their third straight game, dropping a 27-17 contest to the Green Bay Packers. Once again it was Ben Roethlisberger who proved to be a problem for the Steelers, as he was unable to keep the Steelers in the game when things started to get away from them. Outside of a 45-yard touchdown pass early in the first quarter, Roethlisberger threw for under 200 yards against the Packers.
Against Baltimore, the weakness of the Broncos’ defense was their pass coverage, as they allowed some open receivers and for the Ravens to convert several third downs through the air. The question for Pittsburgh coming into this game is whether or not Roethlisberger can exploit that weakness. If he cannot, Pittsburgh could be looking at a fourth straight loss and a 1-4 start to their season.
