We’ve got a full month’s worth of data to digest and it has given Adam Burke a lot of indigestion. He took to the airwaves on today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box to talk about what we’ve seen so far this season, how scoring chances have dwindled, what it means for certain types of pitchers, and a big discussion on fade and follow teams, line moves, and series for this week. If it sounds like a lot, that’s because it was.

Host Adam Burke had a lot to say on today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box. It is really important to understand what is happening with this Major League Baseball season and to make the necessary adjustments to your handicapping process. Adam has a lot of them to make because the game is dramatically different from how it has been the last few seasons. He talked about what has changed, what to do with that information going forward, and just how much the game has changed during the Beyond the Box Score segment.
After looking at a few play-on and play-against teams based on a number of factors, Adam recapped line moves that we’ve seen from the last few days, talked about a couple of picks for Monday night’s action, and then previewed Blue Jays vs. Athletics, Astros vs. Yankees, and Braves vs. Nationals for the first part of this week.
Join us on Tuesday with Adam and guest Brian Blessing.
