Host Adam Burke had a lot to talk about, as he always does, on today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box. Today’s show focused on home/road splits and park factors, two things are very important elements of the handicapping process. They also have a lot to do with how lines are made and how lines are bet, so understanding how teams do offensively at home, how they do on the road, and the characteristics of the ballparks are critically important to the bottom line.
After taking a look at the home/road splits, Adam looked at line moves that have taken place for this week and also previewed five series for the weekend ahead with some interesting thoughts and betting nuggets. He looked at Cardinals vs. Diamondbacks, Giants vs. Dodgers, Padres vs. Astros, Blue Jays vs. Indians, and Braves vs. Mets.
Join Adam on Monday for a new edition of The Bettor’s Box.
