Today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box sounded a bit different, as host Adam Burke didn’t have his usual equipment, but there were so many important baseball betting topics to discuss that it was imperative that a show take place. Adam talked about 1st 5 betting vs. full-game betting, some pitchers that have had good luck or bad luck, and a preview of three series for this weekend on the diamond.
Adam’s daily MLB article will return at ATS.io next week, but there is a lot of great content you can check out right now at the website otherwise. Be sure to download the ATS App from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store to never miss an article, forget to track a bet, or not handicap a game properly. Full article integration from the website, a Bet Tracker, and a full statistical database are just some of the great things in the ATS App.
Host Adam Burke has often been put between a rock and a hard place in terms of betting the 1st 5 or the full game. On today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box, he talked through what goes into the process of making that decision, both from a side and total standpoint. Adam looked at some situations where that could be relevant today as examples.
Then he took a look at some pitchers that have either had good luck or bad luck based on their velocity numbers as we look for some pitchers to fade and some to follow. After that, he talked about the Saber Stats, yes plural, of the show, surveyed some recent line moves, and gave a pick for Thursday night. Finally, Adam previewed a few series for the weekend ahead, with Indians/Mariners, Mets/Rays, and Cardinals/Padres.
Join Adam again on Monday for a new edition of The Bettor’s Box.
