Broncos vs Bills Betting Pick
This game will be played at Highmark Stadium at 1:00 PM ET on Saturday, August 20, 2022.
Why Bet The Bills:
✅ The Bills have won seven consecutive preseason contests. Head coach Sean McDermott wants to set the winning tone in Buffalo early, and his roster is full of guys who have a lot to prove if they want to remain in Buffalo when the season starts.
✅ Buffalo is undefeated in four straight outings at home while going 3-0-1 against the spread. The Bills have been outstanding at Highmark Stadium over the last two years, dropping just four of their previous 20 home contests. They’ve gone 12-6-2 ATS in that span.

✅ The Broncos’ ground game was terrible in the opening week of the 2022 NFL preseason. Denver racked up a paltry 39 yards on 22 rushes, and the Broncos will have to improve a lot if they want to upset the Bills in Week 2.
Denver Broncos
The Broncos beat the Dallas Cowboys 17-7 as 4.5-point home favorites at the start of the preseason. Josh Johnson led the way for Denver, throwing for 172 yards and a couple of touchdowns, while Jalen Virgil had three receptions for 83 yards. The Broncos scored all of their points in the second quarter, finishing the game with 324 total yards and 1-for-2 in the red zone. They took good care of the ball, while the Broncos’ defense recorded one interception.
Buffalo Bills
The Bills outlasted the Indianapolis Colts 27-24 this past Saturday, upsetting the odds as small 1-point home dogs. Matt Barkley completed 18 of his 24 passing attempts for 224 yards, while Case Keenum went 11-of-18 for 86 yards and a couple of interceptions. Interestingly, the Bills managed to win this battle in spite of a whopping five turnovers. Raheem Blackshear carried the pigskin six times for 11 yards and two scores, while Terrel Bernard had a 69-yard fumble return for a TD.
