This app is garbage. Took my ten dollars and says I put in the wrong password. Do a password reset and still says the same thing. Sent emails with no response. They basically stole my money… update… i still can’t log in and when it says wrong password and I do a reset it still won’t let me log in with the new password. I like the home page. When you try to find a specific game that’s not on the homepage I’ve found myself going in circles at times trying to find 1 game that’s not highlighted. Other than that I like the look and the layout. Could be a little more user friendly when it comes to navigating through it. I like the app.

The app feels and works like something from the early 2000s; and when you contact customer service with questions about why you haven’t received the first-deposit bonus you are owed, they will find creative ways of not answering your question. I deeply regret getting involved with SI Sportsbook. I will consider changing this review if/when I receive the free bets I am owed.

This is easily the most poorly built Sportsbook out right now. First off, when making a deposit, the app takes you to a website link instead of the ability to deposit in the app. From here, I tried depositing $15 every single way. ACH, debit, bank, etc. Every single time it said deposit failed. Then I go into my Sportsbook and it had accepted 3 of those deposits when I only wanted 1.
