Warriors vs Magic Betting Pick
This game will be played at Amway Center at 7:00 PM ET on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
Why Bet The Warriors:
✅ The Warriors are not in a position to take the Magic lightly the way they might if things were going well. Having lost three straight games, sitting in 12th in the Western Conference, expect the Warriors to come out sharp as they look to get back into the win column against a struggling Magic team.

✅ Orlando, meanwhile, is 1-7 this season and has the third worst scoring average in the NBA this season. They are banged up as well, with Mo Wagner, Gary Harris and Cole Anthony all expected to miss out on this game. Paolo Banchero is a nice player already in his rookie season, but he is not getting any sort of help to get into the win column.
✅ The biggest difference between these teams is the quality of ball movement. Golden State is third in the NBA in assists, averaging 29 assists per contest. Orlando, meanwhile, ranks 28th in the league at 19.9 assists per game. That superior ball movement will allow the Warriors to pull away in this contest as they are better able to generate quality shots because of it.
Golden State Warriors
The Golden State Warriors have really struggled in their East coast road trip of late, losing three straight games away from home. They have lost games to the Pistons, Hornets, and Heat during that stretch. Here, the Warriors will aim to get right against an Orlando team that might be the worst in the NBA right now.
For the Warriors, simply getting back to executing on offense is going to be the key to this contest. The talent edge is undeniably working in the favor of the Warriors here, they just need to avoid turning the ball over. Golden State is tied for the third most turnovers per game in the NBA this season, averaging 16.5 per game, and need to reign that in.

Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic are 1-7 to start this season, and appear on their way to another trip to the NBA Draft Lottery already. However, that cannot be blamed on the play of Paolo Banchero, who is averaging 21.8 points per game to start his rookie season. Banchero will need some help if the Magic want to pick up their second win of the season.
Orlando will also need to guard the three-point line to make sure the Warriors do not send them to 1-8 on the season. They have not been terrible in that area so far this season, ranking 12th in opponents three-point shooting percentage thus far. But they also have not faced a team with the perimeter weapons of the Warriors just yet.
