- We should see Trae Young back on the floor for Atlanta tonight, while Kyrie Irving is once again questionable for the Mavs.
We get to relitigate the Luka Doncic/Trae Young NBA Draft debate once again during Friday’s Mavericks vs Hawks matchup from Atlanta. While Doncic is the better player in our opinion, that is not going to mean much for the outcome of this game, as we expect the Hawks to cover the spread as slight home underdogs. Young should be back from a concussion tonight. But whether he is or not, the dreadful defensive effort from the Mavs will continue en route to a strong showing from Atlanta.
