Angels vs Orioles Betting Pick
This game will be played at Oriole Park at Camden Yards at 12:05 PM ET on Sunday, July 10, 2022.
Why Bet The Angels:
✅ Jose Suarez will get the nod for the Angels, and the 24-year-old left-hander carries a 1-2 record, 4.30 ERA, and 1.54 WHIP across seven starts and a couple of relief appearances (37.2 innings pitched) in 2022. Suarez has pitched very well over his previous three outings, surrendering only three runs on 13 hits through 15 innings of work while punching out 19.
✅ Austin Voth will take the mound for the Orioles, and he’s 0-1 with a terrible 7.20 ERA and 1.80 WHIP in four starts and 22 relief appearances (35 IP) this season. The 30-year-old righty has allowed three runs in each of his previous two starts and has yet to get more than 13 outs in an outing in 2022. Voth ranks in the 4th percentile in expected batting average.

✅ The Orioles’ bullpen should be busy in this game and it hasn’t impressed in the last ten days of action. Baltimore’s relievers have registered a pedestrian 5.13 ERA, 4.69 FIP, and 2.16 HR/9 over their previous 33.1 innings of work.
Los Angeles Angels
The Angels dropped to 38-47 on the season following Friday’s 5-4 defeat at Camden Yards. They blew a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the ninth, while both Mike Trout and Shohei went yard in the Angels’ sixth loss n their last seven games.
The Halos are slowly but surely losing pace in the playoff race in the American League. They were seven games behind the bottom wild card on Saturday. The Angels are slashing a hideous .202/.279/.276 in the last seven days and 163 at-bats.
Baltimore Orioles
The Orioles extended their winning streak to six games following Friday’s clash against the Angels. Baltimore improved its record to 41-44 for the season, trailing the wild-card spot in the American League by four games.
The O’s are hitting a respectable .264/.333/.428 in the past seven days and 208 at-bats. Their starting rotation continues to pitch well, but the Orioles desperately need more from their bullpen, which has blown a few saves over the last couple of weeks.
