LSU at Auburn Pick
Last time out, LSU finished off their perfect non-conference schedule with a 95-60 home win over Lipscomb. This game was never expected to be close, and it wasn’t, as LSU never trailed and led by as many as 42 points. All five LSU starters reached double-figure points and they were led by Darius Days 21 points. Days added six points, two assists, and three steals on the night. Xavier Pinson had a nice all-around night with 17 points, three rebounds, five assists, and five steals. Lipscomb shot 39.2% from the field, 30.0% from three, and made 11 of their 15 free throws.
Auburn ended their non-conference schedule with an impressive 71-58 home win over a good Murray State team. The Tigers led most of this game and had a 21-point advantage at one point. Wendell Green Jr. came off the bench and tied for a team high 13 points and 10 rebounds. Jabari Smith did it all as he had 12 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and three blocks.
