Hawks vs Bulls Betting Pick
This game will be played at United Center at 8:00 PM ET on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
Why Bet The Bulls:
✅ The Hawks’ defense is a big issue, and the Bulls have hit a 130-point mark in each of their first two encounters with Atlanta in 2021-22. Back in December, Chicago beat the Hawks 130-118 as a 3.5-point road fave and 131-117 as a 7.5-point home fave. Atlanta owns the third-worst defensive rating in the NBA, yielding 114.5 points per 100 possessions. The Hawks’ D ranks 23rd in the league in field goal percentage (46.6%) and 25th in 3-point percentage (36.2%).
✅ The in-form Bulls entered the All-Star break riding a five-game winning streak. They’ve covered the spread in five of their previous six outings. Also, the Bulls have gone 8-2 straight up and ATS in their last ten games on the home court. On the other side, the Hawks have been pretty much hit-or-miss lately, going 4-5 SU and ATS in their last nine contests overall. They are only 4-9 SU and ATS over the last 13 games on the road.

✅ Chicago is 10-5 straight up and ATS in its last 15 meetings with Atlanta. The Bulls have dominated the Hawks through their first two meetings of the season. They’ve shot above 54.0% from the field and 45.0% from beyond the arc on both occasions. Furthermore, the Bulls have handed out a whopping 67 assists in total.
Atlanta Hawks
The Hawks wrapped up the first half of the season with a couple of wins to Cleveland 124-116 and at Orlando 130-109. While Trae Young tortured the Cavaliers for 41 points on 13-for-22 shooting from the field, Bogdan Bogdanovic had 23 points and six assists in that thrashing of the Magic on the road.
The Hawks enjoyed a nice shooting night in Orlando. They made 50.0% of their field goals and 54.5% of their 3-pointers. Atlanta boasts the second-highest offensive rating in the NBA, tallying 115.0 points per 100 possessions.
Chicago Bulls
The Bulls extended their winning streak to five games on February 16. They outlasted the Sacramento Kings 125-118 as 6-point home favorites despite missing some important players due to injuries. DeMar DeRozan went off for 38 points on 16-for-27 shooting from the field, while Coby White had 31 points and six assists.
DeRozan has been ridiculous over his last ten appearances, averaging 35.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.8 assists a night. Zach LaVine, who sat out the last three games with a knee injury, should return Thursday against the Hawks.
