76ers vs Heat Series Update
Miami took a 1-0 series lead thanks to a 106-92-win Monday night. The Heat controlled three of the four quarters but found themselves down by one at the half after a poor second quarter. Philadelphia wilted away in the second half and suffered the double-digit loss.
Without Joel Embiid, the Sixers were led by Tobias Harris and his 27 points, six rebounds, one assists and one block in the loss. Tyrese Maxey and James Harden also notched double-digit points on the night. The Sixers shot 43.0% from the field, just 17.6% (6-34) from three and made 18 of their 20 free throws.
Bam Adebayo dominated all night as he had 24 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block in the win. Tyler Herro came off the bench and had 25 points and seven assists. The Heat shot 43.5% from the field, 25.0% from beyond the arc and made 17 of their 18 free throws.
