Cleveland made some notable moves during the 2023 NFL Offseason. They significantly improved their defensive line by trading for three-time Pro Bowl edge rusher Za’Darius Smith and signing nose tackle Dalvin Tomlinson in free agency. They also landed third-year wide receiver Elijah Moore via trade, providing Watson and the Browns with another playmaker on the offensive side of the ball.
