They have the worst scoring offense in the WNBA, averaging just 73.7 points per game, as the absence of Brittney Sykes has really hurt their ability to get offensive production from the guard slots. But the Mystics did manage to hang with the Liberty in their first meeting of the season on opening night, something they will look to do again tonight.

Now the Liberty will look to hold off another upset bid and to avoid being the first team in the WNBA this season to lose to the Mystics.
Offensive consistency has been a question mark for the Liberty early in the season. That is always going to be a question mark when you are a team that puts so many of its eggs in the three-point shooting basket. But the Liberty have failed to reach 80 points offensively in three of their last four games. That has to improve if they are going to remain serious title contenders, even if they are getting wins the majority of the time in the regular season.
