Hawks vs Bulls Player Prop #1: Nikola Vucevic Over 11.5 Rebounds (-120)
First up on our list of Hawks vs Bulls props for Wednesday night is for Nikola Vucevic to go over his rebounds total. Vucevic is not the biggest player at the center position in the NBA. But he has a favorable matchup in this game against a player in Clint Capela who is also not overly tall. We have seen Vucevic have success rebounding the basketball against Atlanta this year, something we expect to continue in the play-in tournament tonight.
Vucevic has played against the Hawks twice so far this season. In those two games, the Bulls big man has averaged 12.5 rebounds per game, pulling down 14 boards in their most recent meeting and 11 in the one before that. Look for Vucevic to have another huge game on the glass tonight to help the Bulls advance to the final game of the play-in tournament in the Eastern Conference.
Hawks vs Bulls Player Prop #2: DeMar DeRozan Over 29.5 Points (-112)
Next up, we expect DeMar DeRozan to go over the 29.5 point mark in this play-in tournament matchup for Chicago. If this game is anywhere near close down the stretch, we know that DeRozan will see the ball on just about every trip down the floor for Chicago. As a result, we like him to score 30 or more points in what should be another big game for the best player on the court for the Bulls.
DeRozan has scored 30 or more points in four straight games entering the play-in tournament. A lot of that has had to do with his sky-high usage of late, as he has averaged nearly 22 shots per game in five games during the month of April. There is no reason to believe DeRozan will slow down from a usage standpoint in this game, as he should go over his scoring total to help the Bulls advance to Friday.
