Why Bet on UNC Asheville:
✅ Asheville has been the best team in the Big South all season long. They have been tested in their two conference tournament games so far, but have been able to pull away without too much trouble late in those games. They will do the same here.
✅ Drew Pember has been living at the free throw line over the course of the Big South Tournament. He has attempted 35 free throw attempts in two games, setting a tournament record. His ability to draw contact and put up points from the line will set Asheville apart here.
✅ Campbell has reached the Big South championship game as a seven-seed, but they are 0-2 against Asheville this season. The clock will strike midnight on their Cinderella run in this tournament.

Teams Last 10
Campbell Fighting Camels
The Campbell Fighting Camels enter the Big South championship game with a record of 16-17 overall. But they are one win away from reaching the NCAA Tournament despite entering the Big South Tournament as the seven-seed. To do that, they will need to beat the top-seeded UNC Asheville Bulldogs.
So far, it has been the defense of Campbell that has propelled them through three games in the Big South Tournament. They have held all three of their opponents under 75 points thus far, including stout defensive performances against two-seed Longwood and three-seed Radford. One more defensive gem could send the Fighting Camels to the NCAA Tournament.
UNC Asheville Bulldogs
The UNC Asheville Bulldogs have faced some adversity in each of their two Big South Tournament games. But they have managed to come back from first half deficits to win over SC Upstate and Charleston Southern to reach the title game. Now, the Bulldogs need just one more victory to get to the NCAA Tournament.
Asheville will rely heavily on Drew Pember to lead them to the Big Dance in this game. Pember has been incredible throughout this tournament, averaging 30.0 points per game in the Bulldogs’ two wins. It will be up to Campbell to find a way to slow him down if they want any chance of upsetting the top seed in this tournament on Sunday afternoon.
