Why Bet On The Oilers:
✅ The Oilers come to Chicago flying high after an impressive come from behind win against the Panthers on Monday.
✅ Chicago is historically bad this season. The Blackhawks have seven losses of two goals or more in their last 10 games.
✅ Chicago’s 29th ranked offense shouldn’t give the Oilers too many problems and their 31st ranked defense should be ripe for the picking for the Oilers strong attack.

Edmonton Oilers
The Oil head to Chicago with the momentum of a hard fought home win over the Florida Panthers in overtime on Monday night. Edmonton tied the game in the final seconds through Evan Bouchard before McDavid and Draisaitl worked their magic in overtime to give them an improbable win over a good Panthers team.
Facing the lowly Blackhawks after a big win against a contending Panthers team gives Edmonton a good opportunity to do something they haven’t done a lot of late by winning consecutive games. Winning streaks have been tough to come by in Edmonton, with the team having a 1-4 record in their last five games following a win.
Edmonton hasn’t played well in Chicago over the past couple of seasons. For whatever reason, the United Center is a place the Oilers simply do not win in. The team has lost five of their last six games in Chicago, a trend they hope to reverse by beating the Blackhawks on TNT.
Chicago Blackhawks
The tank for Connor Bedard is fully on in Chicago and going great as the Blackhawks continue to lose big most nights. Winnipeg came to Chicago and left with a 7-2 win. The loss came directly after a Black Friday embarrassment when former Chicago first round draft pick Kirby Dach gave the Montreal Canadiens a shootout win while telling the Blackhawks fans to shut up.
Giving up goals at every opportunity has been an issue as the team has allowed five or more goals in five of their last six. Most concerning is how bad they are on offense as Kane and Toews cannot carry the scoring load at this stage in their careers. Chicago is one of the few teams in the league averaging less than three goals per game, sitting second last in the league with just 2.5 goals a night.
Petr Mrazek is expected to start in goal against the Oilers in what has to be a miserable season for the veteran netminder. With a terrible team playing in front of him, Mrazek has just one win as November comes to a close. A record of 1-5-1 has sunk the career winning percentage of the former Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs backstop.
