About the XFL
The XFL, or Xtreme Football League, was a professional American football league that was founded in 2001 by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. The league was designed to be an alternative to the National Football League (NFL), with faster-paced gameplay, fewer rules, and a focus on entertainment.
