The final day of the Bundesliga is upon us and there is still plenty to figure out. Which club will win the league? Who is going to the Champions League? Which teams clinch Europa League spots? All three of these questions will be answered Saturday with some great games on deck.

Bayern Munich hold a two point lead over Borussia Dortmund in the race for the title, so Bayern should feel pretty confident heading into week 34. Bayern host 6th place Frankfurt Saturday with both teams having a lot on the line. If Bayern wins they will be Bundesliga champions, if they lose then Dortmund wins the title if they win and if there is a draw then Bayern will also win the league. Frankfurt sit in 6th place, but are just one point out of a Champions League spot and only three points clear of falling out of European competition altogether.

Borussia Dortmund head to Monchengladbach with both teams needing wins. Dortmund needs a win, and some help, to win the title, but Monchengladbach need a win to secure their Champions League spot next season. Bayer Leverkusen travel to Hertha Berlin looking to earn a Champions League spot with a win and some help. Finally Wolfsburg host Augsburg and Hoffenheim travel to Mainz as both look to head to the Europa League next season.

My prediction for the final standings is that Bayern win the title, Leverkusen get the final Champions League spot and Hoffenheim replace Frankfurt in the Europa League spots.

Here are my two best bets for the final day In the Bundesliga.

Mainz (+320) vs Hoffenheim (-154): Draw (+375)

Mainz enter play coming off a massive 2-0 road upset at Champions League hopeful Frankfurt last week. The week prior Mainz drew the hottest team in the league, RB Leipzig, 3-3 in an exciting encounter. Mainz are playing their best soccer of the season late in the season and they will look to end Hoffenheim’s European hopes with another big result on Saturday. Mainz are 7-5-4 at home this season.

Hoffenheim, on the other hand, are ending the season in terrible form as they are winless in their last three games. The road team missed a big opportunity a few weeks back when they lost 4-1 at home to Wolfsburg. If they miss out on the Europa League that will be the game they look back on as a big reason why. Hoffenheim are 6-7-3 on the road this season.

I like Hoffenheim to get the win and to get to Europe.

Hoffenheim are undefeated in the last six games between these two.

Hertha Berlin (+600) vs Bayer Leverkusen (-227): Draw (+350)

Hertha Berlin enter the final weekend undefeated in their last four games and coming off back-to-back wins over bottom of the table teams. Hertha looked like they were going to be European contenders for a while, but a six game losing streak, from the beginning of March through mid-April, dashed those hopes. At home, Hertha are 6-6-4 this season.

Leverkusen enter Saturday on a five match unbeaten run, but are coming off a disappointing draw to Schalke last week. That draw might cost Bayer Leverkusen a spot in the Champions League and it was a disappointing end to a run of four straight wins. Leverkusen are 8-2-6 on the road this season.

I like Bayer Leverkusen to get the win Saturday.

Leverkusen lead the last five H2H meetings 3-0-2.
