Chiefs Look to Stay Undefeated
With a 6-0 record this season, the Kansas City Chiefs are the lone undefeated team left in the NFL this season. The Chiefs got a great road win in Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers, albeit a depleted version of the Niners. Still, Kansas City continues to take care of business, even when it’s not pretty. To do that in this game, the Chiefs will once again have to get creative with how they distribute the ball to their skill position players given all of the injuries they are dealing with on the outside.
Raiders Season Going From Bad to Worse
The Las Vegas Raiders have lost three games in a row and sit at 2-5 so far this season. They lost on the road against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 7, with Gardner Minshew being forced back into action thanks to an injury to Aidan O’Connell. This week, the Raiders will have to determine if O’Connell is in good enough condition to get back on the field. But no matter who starts at quarterback for the Raiders right now, it doesn’t look like it will be enough to get a win over the undefeated Chiefs.
Chiefs vs Raiders Betting Pick
Instead of laying double-digits with the Chiefs on the road, we will take the under in Sunday’s Chiefs vs Raiders matchup from Las Vegas. Kansas City has stayed under the total in four of their six games for the season so far. We expect them to once again play in a lower-scoring game than expected here, as the Raiders aren’t likely to do much offensively, allowing the Chiefs to coast late instead of having to push the pedal to the floor when in possession.
