The Tampa Bay Lightning will face off against the Florida Panthers in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference first round playoff series on April 23, 2024, at 7:30 pm ET. DraftKings Sportsbook has the Lightning as +154 underdogs and the Panthers as -185 favorites. Currently, 20% of moneyline bets are on the Lightning, while 80% are on the Panthers. The total opened at 5.5 goals, with 10% of bets on the under and 90% on the over. In Game 1 of this series, the Panthers came away with a 3-2 win at home that gave them a 1-0 series lead. While the game was close on the scoreboard for the majority, the Panthers defense made it feel like it was much more lopsided. Florida held Tampa Bay under 20 total shots as a team in that series opening game, with the Lightning not getting their second goal of the contest until there were about 10 seconds remaining in regulation.
