- Daniel Jones seized the QB1 job for the Colts in August and has led the team to two straight wins to open the season. Jones has the Colts averaging 31 points per game through the first two weeks and will try to make a difference again this week.
- Titans rookie Cam Ward has struggled to put points on the board through two weeks as a pro quarterback. Tennessee is averaging 15.5 points per game and will try to step it up offensively against the rival Colts.
- This is the first road game of the season for the Colts and they will try to prove themselves in a hostile environment for the first time this season.

Indianapolis turned to Daniel Jones in 2025 and it has paid off so far. Jones has led the Colts to wins over the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos. He has two touchdown passes and no interceptions through two weeks and the Colts will hope that he can continue to avoid turnovers to maximize their chances of a 3-0 start.
Tennessee’s Cam Ward was the top pick in the NFL Draft in April. He has lost his first two starts against the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams. Ward has yet to reach 200 passing yards in either of his first two games as a pro. He has also yet to complete 20 passes in a game and that will be a threshold he will likely need to clear for his team to win here.
