The Pirates have been on a bit of a hot streak of late. But I think some context is required there. Three of the Pirates’ four straight wins have come against a historically bad team in the Colorado Rockies. I don’t think we can expect the same level of performance from Pittsburgh against a team that more closely resembles a professional baseball team. I’ll take the Cardinals to win this one at home and put a stop to the dubious winning streak of the Pirates.
