The Rebels open this season with huge expectations following their haul of the number one transfer portal class. They will also get a first look at their new starting quarterback after the selection of Austin Simmons to play that position.
Georgia State enters this year with 25 new transfers but remains projected to finish last in their division in the Sun Belt. The Panthers finished with a 1-7 record in conference play last season and they will hope that fresh blood will be what they need to climb out of the basement in the East Division.
