Inter top Serie A on goal difference after six matchdays and trade as clear favorites on Kalshi and Polymarket. My pick sits further down the board. Juventus Yes at 8¢ or lower is the lead trade, with Roma Yes at 18¢ or lower as a second position.
ATS Expert Verdict

“Inter are reigning champions, top of the table and deserving favorites. But paying 62¢ for them in October is another thing. The number I want is Juventus: nobody in Serie A has given up fewer chances, Spalletti's side lead the league in expected points, and the markets have not cottoned on to just how good the 'Old Lady' are.”
Six games in, the Serie A table and the expected-goals table disagree. Lazio share top spot with Inter on 16 points. By xG difference, they're seventh. Juventus sit sixth on 11 points, yet no side in the league has a higher expected-points total.
Club | Points | xPTS | xG | xGA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Juventus | 11 | 14.65 | 11.61 | 2.92 |
Inter | 16 | 13.94 | 18.47 | 7.88 |
Roma | 14 | 13.24 | 17.24 | 7.41 |
Napoli | 10 | 11.69 | 12.42 | 7.40 |
Como | 11 | 10.94 | 13.40 | 9.02 |
AC Milan | 12 | 10.67 | 11.56 | 7.26 |
Lazio | 16 | 10.03 | 11.25 | 8.92 |
Cagliari | 13 | 6.03 | 6.26 | 11.15 |
Juventus have allowed 2.92 xG in six league games, under 0.5 goals per match. Milan are next best among the contenders at 7.26. Luciano Spalletti's problem is at the other end: Juve have scored nine from 11.61 xG, and Randal Kolo Muani's header at Cagliari on Sunday was his first league goal of the season. Finishing tends to drift back toward the chances a team creates. A defense this tight doesn't happen by luck.
Inter look like the mirror image. Cristian Chivu's side create more than anyone, with 18.47 xG and a league-high 78 deep completions, but they've already let in eight.
Three came against Udinese, and Napoli and Roma scored twice each. Add a Champions League schedule that runs through January, and that's the opening the chasers need.
Inter: 59¢ on Polymarket · 62¢ on Kalshi
Chivu won the title with three games to spare last season, and most of that squad is still here. Inter create more than anyone in Serie A, and Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram remain the most dangerous front two in the league.
The comeback win over Napoli, from 2-0 down at San Siro, showed a side that expects to win games it has no business winning.
The weak spot is at the back. Inter have been easier to score against than a champion should be, and a Champions League campaign that runs through January won't make that easier. I'd buy at 53¢ or lower. Above that, I'm out.
This is my pick. Luciano Spalletti kept the job after arriving mid-season last term, and he's built the meanest defense in Serie A.
Juve concede fewer chances than anyone, and they are conceding just 0.5 xGA/90. Jhon Lucumí, signed from Bologna, has slotted in perfectly alongside stalwart Gleison Bremer.
The problem is up front. Dusan Vlahovic left on a free in the summer, and Randal Kolo Muani and Nick Woltemade haven't turned chances into goals at the rate those chances deserve.
Finishing like that tends to correct itself, however, and a defensive record this good is, more often than not, a result of process rather than luck.
Juve also have a lighter European load than Inter, with Thursday nights in the Europa League. Buy at 8¢ or lower, or +1100 and longer at a sportsbook.
Gian Piero Gasperini's Roma press high, defend well and create plenty. Only Inter have generated more xG.
Donyell Malen, signed permanently in the summer, has been the league's sharpest finisher and is the early Capocannoniere favorite, with Paulo Dybala and Lorenzo Pellegrini supplying him.
The risk is depth. Roma lean hard on Malen, and Gasperini's style asks a lot of legs over a season with Champions League football on top, and Real Madrid may have exposed a critical defensive weakness from set pieces which Gasperini and his staff simply have to fix.
They're the clear second horse in this race. Roma Yes at 18¢ or lower is a buy, but a smaller buy than Juve.
Massimiliano Allegri replaced Antonio Conte, and the start was rough. Three straight defeats in all competitions, including a 3-2 loss at San Siro after leading 2-0 had some calling for Allegri's head.
Napoli have steadied since, and their chances say they deserve more points than they have. Kevin De Bruyne, Rasmus Hojlund and Matteo Politano give them more quality than a 2¢ price implies.
The worries are an aging squad, one of the oldest in the league, and a coach whose last season at Milan fell apart in the spring. I'll take a small piece at 3¢ or lower. Sportsbooks have them far shorter, so check the exchange first. If it's above 3¢, pass.
Cesc Fàbregas has Como in the Champions League for the first time, and the club spent to match it, including €30 million on Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea.
They play front-foot football with Nico Paz at the center of it. The underlying numbers are good without being title-class, and sides that sit deep and counter have already shown how to beat them.
Now add a first Champions League campaign to a squad that's never carried one. Polymarket has Como fourth favorite, ahead of Milan and Napoli. That's the price I like least on the board.
If Como Yes is trading above 8¢, Como No at 92¢ or lower is a better use of the money than any long shot.
Ruben Amorim's Milan are hard to beat, but they draw too often. Selling Rafael Leão to Galatasaray for €38 million took away the player who carried the ball into the box, and they now reach the danger areas less often than any of the other big clubs.
Christian Pulisic and Luka Modric give them quality. I don't see a title side yet. Amorim may seem to have a system that works for his squad, but there simply isn't enough quality or cutting edge in this squad. Pass.
Inter. Kalshi gives them a 59% chance with Yes at 62¢, and Polymarket sits in the mid-50s. Roma are second at about 18¢ on both exchanges at time of writing.
Juventus. They lead the league in expected points and have allowed under half an expected goal per game, but they're priced around 8¢ on Polymarket and +1400 at BetMGM. Our buy line is 8¢ or lower, or +1100 and longer at a sportsbook.
Yes. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange and lists a Serie A Champion market. Polymarket's international site blocks US trading, so US traders use Polymarket US, where prices and liquidity can differ.
