Game Snapshot
- Matchup: Boston Bruins vs Florida Panthers
- Date & Time: Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 7:00 PM ET
- Venue: Amerant Bank Arena, Sunrise, Florida
- Broadcast: TNT and Max
Key Storylines
- Recent form: Boston is 3-0-2 across its last 5 games and is coming off a 6-5 shootout loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stadium Series. Florida has lost four games in a row and they will need to figure things out on defense to avoid taking a fifth straight loss here.
- Goaltending: Probables in goal for this game are Jeremy Swayman for Boston and Sergei Bobrovsky for Florida. Swayman brings 22 wins into this contest with a goals-against average near 2.9 and a save rate just over .900, and his recent run includes consecutive wins before the shootout loss at Tampa Bay. Bobrovsky’s season has seen him earn 20 wins, a goals-against average just over 3.0, and several low-shot outings. Florida can shelter him with strong shot suppression at five-on-five.
- Key skaters: David Pastrnak leads Boston with 70 points and 48 assists, while Morgan Geekie’s finishing ability has him at 32 goals. For Florida, Sam Reinhart is pacing the offense with 54 points and 27 goals. Elias Lindholm remains on Boston’s injury list, while Florida has been managing absences down the middle with Anton Lundell and Sam Bennett listed as day-to-day alongside Brad Marchand leading into this game.

Final Thoughts
Florida is at home with a stronger penalty kill and championship experience to draw on, even if they aren't playing at quite that same level this year. I'm going to take the Panthers to win this matchup on the moneyline against a Bruins team that is coming off a brutal collapse against Tampa in their outdoor game over the weekend. Expect this to be a tight game, but for Florida to pull through when all is said and done.
