Spindoo Casino Review Summary

Author's Quick Take: Is Spindoo Worth a Try?

"Spindoo feels like a fairly typical social casino, but it does a couple of things well. The slot library is large, and the progressive jackpot system adds a bit more excitement to regular spins.

The most practical advantage is the redemption setup. With gift cards starting at just 10 SC, it’s easier to cash out smaller wins than on many competing social casinos.

The main limitation is that the platform is slots only and still fairly new, so players looking for more game variety, features, or longer track records may prefer some of the larger, more established social casinos."

Ratings Breakdown

How Does Spindoo Social Casino Work?

Spindoo works the same way most social casinos in the U.S. do. Instead of having players wager real money, the platform runs on two types of virtual currency: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

• Gold Coins (GC) are mainly for entertainment. You can use them to try out different games and play for fun, but they aren’t actually worth anything.
• Sweeps Coins (SC) are different though. When you play with Sweeps Coins and meet the redemption requirements (more on those in a bit), winnings can be redeemed for real prizes at a rate of 1.00 SC = $1.00.

You can get free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins through daily login rewards, mail-in requests, and other similar promotions offered by Spindoo. You can also buy Gold Coins anytime, and you'll normally receive free Sweeps Coins as an added bonus.

Spindoo Casino Welcome Bonuses for New Players

Spindoo provides a small (but free) welcome offer that new players can claim after creating an account and verifying their email.

The current Spindoo no-deposit bonus offers 11,111 Gold Coins, 2 Sweeps Coins, and 3 bonus spins. The bonus spins are valued at 0.2 SC each and are usually tied to a featured slot like Grand Mustang (or another similar game). Altogether, that brings the total value of the bonus to 2.6 SC.

There’s also an optional first-purchase promotion for players who want to buy Gold Coins. New accounts can choose between two discounted packages:

• 33,333 GC + 22 SC + 3 bonus spins for $9.99
• 222,222 GC + 102 SC + 22 bonus spins for $79.99

Making your first Gold Coin purchase on Spindoo also unlocks live chat support and access to a few exclusive games that aren’t available to free-only accounts.

Ongoing Promotions for Existing Users

Spindoo also offers several ongoing promotions that give existing players more ways to earn Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins for free.

• Daily Prize Wheel – Logging in every 24 hours unlocks a bonus spin on the Daily Prize Wheel. Rewards are combinations of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. The top prize on the wheel is 1,111 GC and 2 SC, though most spins land on smaller amounts (my first spin, for example, paid 111 GC and 0.1 SC).
• Refer-a-Friend Program – Spindoo’s referral program rewards players for inviting friends. If someone signs up using your referral link and spends $44 or more on Gold Coin purchases, you’ll receive 222,222 GC and 22 SC. There’s also a second tier that pays 555,555 GC and 55 SC if that friend eventually reaches $733 in total purchases.
• Mail-In Sweeps Coins (AMOE) – Like many sweepstakes casinos, Spindoo allows players to request Sweeps Coins through mail-in entries. Each valid submission is worth 4 SC, as long as you follow the instructions outlined in the platform’s official sweepstakes rules.
• Social Media Giveaways – Spindoo occasionally runs promotions on social media platforms like Instagram, including puzzles, trivia questions, and random bonus drops that award free Sweeps Coins.

Verdict (4.5/5.0): The no-deposit bonus at Spindoo is fairly small, but the first-purchase offers and ongoing promotions provide solid value to new and existing players.

Spindoo Purchases & Redemptions

Purchases and redemptions are pretty straightforward at Spindoo.

When you buy a package, you’re purchasing Gold Coins, with free Sweeps Coins included as a bonus. In most cases, the pricing works out to about 1 Sweeps Coin for every $1 spent, although discounted bundles and special promotions can sometimes increase that SC amount.

Here are some of the Gold Coin packages typically available on Spindoo:

You can purchase these packages using debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), along with mobile payment options like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

On the redemption side of things, Sweeps Coins can be exchanged for cash prizes or gift cards once three basic requirements are met:

1. Minimum balance – At least 10 SC for gift cards or 75 SC for cash prizes
2. Playthrough requirement – Sweeps Coins must be played through once (1x) before they become eligible for redemption
3. Identity verification – You’ll need to verify your account by uploading a photo ID and providing proof of address

After that, prizes are delivered by email (gift cards) or bank transfer (cash prizes). In most cases, redemptions take a couple of business days to process. For a more detailed look at payout timelines, limits, and how the process works, see our full guide to Spindoo redemptions.

Verdict (3.0/5.0): Spindoo keeps the redemption process simple with a 1x playthrough and relatively low minimums, though payment options are somewhat limited compared to many other social casinos, which often support methods like PayPal, Skrill, or crypto.

Casino-Style Games on Spindoo

Spindoo is currently a slots-only social casino, but the game library is still fairly large. As of the time of writing, the platform offers 800+ titles from 18 different providers, including Betsoft, Fugaso, Evoplay, Spinomenal, RubyPlay, and Penguin King.

While browsing the lobby, I also noticed that Spindoo has a “Slots by Volatility” section that groups together some of the higher-risk, higher-reward titles on the site. A few of the high-volatility slots I came across there include:

• Gemhalla
• Snoop Dogg Dollars
• Riches of Olympus

Most of the games are organized by gameplay features. You’ll find categories like Hold and Win, Classic, Megaways, and Cascading Reels, along with theme filters such as Mexican, Asian, Sports, Food, Adventure, Roman Empire, Fruit, and others.

Spindoo also offers a sitewide progressive jackpot system. Each game includes the option to opt in for 0.10 SC or 100 GC, which activates the jackpot feature. Once enabled, spins can trigger one of four prize tiers: Mini, Minor, Major, or Grand. The prize pools increase over time as more players opt in across the social casino platform.

For now though, the game selection is limited to slots, so you won’t find table games, live dealers, or other categories of games (fish games, crash games, Plinko, bingo, keno, etc.) available on the site.

Verdict (3.5/5.0): Spindoo offers a large slot library with plenty of different themes and features, but the lack of table games or other categories limits the overall variety.

User Experience: Website & Mobile App

Spindoo doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app right now, so everything runs through the website. That said, the site works well on both desktop and mobile devices.

I used it on both my iPhone and MacBook while putting this review together. The experience was very similar on each. The biggest difference is just the layout, which adjusts to fit the smaller screen on mobile.

The overall design leans on a dark purple background with bright slot thumbnails and action buttons, so the main areas of the site stand out while browsing.

Finding things wasn’t difficult either. On desktop, there’s a sidebar menu with links to games, promotions, support, and other sections. Mobile uses the same setup, just tucked behind a menu icon. A search bar is also available if you want to go straight to a specific game or provider.

A few other features stood out while I was clicking around. One is the “Slots by Volatility” section, which groups together the site’s highest volatility games. There’s also a “Recommend Games” section. It’s basically a For You page, showing titles the platform thinks you might like based on what you’ve played before.

In addition, Spindoo includes an “Add to Home” option that walks you through saving the site to your phone’s home screen so it can be opened like a web app.

Performance was solid overall. Pages loaded quickly during testing, games launched without much delay, and both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances are always visible at the top of the screen, which makes switching between them easy.

Verdict (3.5/5.0): Spindoo’s website runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile, with quick load times and an easy-to-navigate layout. The main drawback is the lack of a dedicated mobile app, which many competing social casinos now offer.

Is Spindoo Casino Legit?

Based on my review, Spindoo meets the standard requirements I usually look for in a legitimate social casino. It offers free ways to play, clearly explains its sweepstakes model, and outlines its redemption and verification rules in a way that is generally consistent with other platforms in this space.

That said, there are still a couple of reasons to be cautious. Spindoo is a newer platform, so it does not have the same long-term operating history as more established social casinos.

Its rules also state that Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins can expire after 60 days of inactivity, which is something players should keep in mind if they do not plan to log in regularly.

Overall, I did not come across anything unusually concerning while reviewing the site’s Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules, but the platform is still early in its lifecycle, which means its long-term track record is still developing.

Legal Status & State Availability

Spindoo is legal in most parts of the United States. Like other social casinos, it operates under the rules for promotional sweepstakes contests, not traditional real-money gambling laws.

That said, the site isn’t available everywhere. Players from the following states currently can’t create an account or play on Spindoo:

• Alabama
• California
• Connecticut
• Delaware
• Georgia
• Idaho
• Indiana
• Kentucky
• Louisiana
• Maryland
• Michigan
• Montana
• New Jersey
• Nevada
• New York
• Washington
• West Virginia

Another thing to keep in mind is the age requirement. Spindoo requires players to be at least 21 years old to sign up and play. That can vary across social casinos, though, since some platforms allow players starting at 18.

Security & Fairness

From what I saw while using the site, Spindoo includes the basic safeguards you’d expect from a social casino.

• The website itself uses SSL encryption, which helps protect things like login details and account information while you’re using the site.
• When it comes to purchases, payments are handled through third-party processors rather than the platform processing card transactions directly. That’s a pretty common setup for sweepstakes sites like this.
• The games themselves come from established software providers that use random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes, which means the results aren’t controlled directly by Spindoo.
• Spindoo also requires identity verification (KYC) before allowing redemptions. In most cases, that means uploading a photo ID and proof of address so the platform can confirm who you are before sending prizes.

Responsible Play

Spindoo offers a few different tools that are aimed at helping players stay in control of their gaming habits.

For example, players can set limits on Gold Coin purchases if they want to control how much they spend on the platform. These limits can be requested through customer support and apply to daily Gold Coin purchases.

The site also offers self-exclusion options for anyone who wants to step away from playing. There are two main choices.

1. The first is a “Take a Break” option, which temporarily blocks access to your account for 7, 14, or 30 days.
2. The second is a longer self-exclusion period, which starts at six months and can last longer if requested.

Ownership & Track Record

Spindoo.us is owned and operated by PMSG Media Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man. The business is registered under number 021912V, with a listed office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP.

At the moment, Spindoo appears to be the company’s only social casino. There aren’t any known sister sites or other sweepstakes platforms tied to the same operator.

Verdict (4.5/5.0): Spindoo includes all the main safety features you’d expect from a social casino, though its relatively recent launch means it hasn’t built the same payout history or reputation as more established platforms yet.

Customer Support & Help Options

There are a few different ways to contact Spindoo’s customer support team if you need help.

• Live chat – Available through the site, but it only unlocks after you make your first Gold Coin purchase.
• Email – You can reach support directly at support@spindoo.us.
• Phone – Spindoo lists a support number (+1 (978) 647-3389), though it’s meant specifically for payment-related questions or issues.
• Submit a Request – This option is available through the Help Center. You just choose the topic of your question, enter your email, and add a short message explaining the issue.

During my review, I hadn’t made a purchase yet, so live chat wasn’t unlocked. I ended up using the Submit a Request form instead. I sent a message around 10:30 AM EST on a weekday and got a reply a little after 1:00 PM, so the response time was roughly two and a half hours.

That’s not bad overall. Still, if you need help right away, waiting a couple hours probably isn’t ideal. In that case, making a small purchase to unlock live chat might be worth it.

Spindoo's Help Center is worth checking too. It already answers a number of common questions, so you might be able to find the answer there without contacting support.

Verdict (4.0/5.0): Spindoo offers several support options and response times were reasonable during testing. The only real drawback is that live chat remains locked until you make a Gold Coin purchase.

How to Sign Up & Create a Spindoo Account

Creating a Spindoo account only took a couple of minutes when I tried it. The platform lets you sign up with either an email address or a Google account, and the process is pretty straightforward.

Here’s how it works:

1. Go to the Spindoo website.
You can access the site using any of the links on this page.
2. Click the yellow “Join Now” button.
   This opens the registration form.
3. Choose how you want to sign up.
You can enter your email address and create a password, or register through a Google account. When I tested the site, I used the Google option.
4. Enter the required details.
You’ll be asked to provide basic information like your name, date of birth, and state.
5. Add a referral code (optional).
If you have one, you can enter it here. If not, you can skip this step.
6. Accept the Terms of Service.
Once you agree to the terms, your account will be created.
7. Allow location access if prompted.
The site may ask you to enable location services to confirm you’re playing from an eligible area.

After that, you’ll be taken to the game lobby and can start playing any of the games on Spindoo.

Spindoo Reddit Reviews: What Other Players Are Saying

Reddit discussions about Spindoo are still pretty limited since the site is fairly new, but the overall sentiment so far is cautiously positive.

Some players mention the large number of slot games and say they were able to redeem prizes. The biggest concern, though, is simply that the platform hasn’t been around very long. Others also complain about not winning much or feel the RTP is low.

Key Takeaway: Most Reddit users say that Spindoo provides a pretty typical social casino experience, but many are waiting to see a longer track record before fully trusting the platform.

How Spindoo Compares to Other Social Casinos

There are a lot of social casinos out there now, so it helps to see how Spindoo lines up with some of the more established U.S. platforms.

The table below compares a few of the main aspects players usually care about, like welcome bonuses, redemption requirements, and whether the site offers a mobile app or live dealer games.

Looking at the comparison, Spindoo Casino holds up pretty well overall. The no-deposit bonus is in the same range as many other sites, and the minimum redemption thresholds (for gift cards and cash prizes) are actually lower than some competitors.

There are a couple of tradeoffs though. Spindoo doesn’t have a mobile app, which more and more social casinos are starting to offer. And right now the game library is slots only, so you won’t find table games or live dealers.

Since the platform is still new, that could change later on. For now, it’s a solid option, but probably one to keep an eye on as the site continues to grow and add more features.
