Gold Treasure Casino Review (2026)
Updated August 18, 2026
Updated August 18, 2026
Gold Treasure Casino is a pirate-themed social casino that launched in early 2025. Over the last few weeks, I’ve been testing out the platform, downloading the app, claiming the bonuses, and playing the games to see how it actually holds up.
In this Gold Treasure Casino review, I’ll share my findings, give you a clear idea of what to expect, and break down how it compares to other social and sweepstakes casinos in the U.S.

"Gold Treasure Casino is a solid option if you prefer to play casino-style games on a dedicated mobile app and want to use digital wallets like Skrill for purchases and redemptions.
That said, in most other areas, it’s at a serious disadvantage compared to other social casino.
The 3x playthrough requirement is higher than the usual 1x, the game library is much smaller, and it doesn’t have the same track record as more established brands."

Pros
Cons
Gold Treasure Casino uses the same dual-currency system as most other social casinos in the USA.
You’ll play with two types of virtual currency:
Sweeps Coins can be redeemed at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00, but they need to be played through at least three times (3x; much higher than the industry standard of 1x) before they become eligible for redemption.
You can switch between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at any time using the toggle at the top of the screen before launching a game.
One important detail: you can’t buy Sweeps Coins directly. Instead, you purchase Gold Coin packages and typically receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus. You can also earn free SC through welcome offers and ongoing promotions, which we'll talk about more in the next section.

Gold Treasure Casino provides a no-deposit bonus to all new players. You get 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins for free, which is about on par with the industry average (2-3 SC), maybe a little on the lower end.
I claimed it while testing the site during my review, and it was awarded through a pop-up message once I finished registering. I just had to tap the “Claim" button; no promo code or purchase was required.
There are also a few first-purchase bonus offers available (they call it “Starter Treasure”). For example, you can get 500,000 GC + 15 SC for $12.49 or 1,000,000 GC + 30 SC for $24.99.
To be honest, I was a little disappointed with these offers. Most social casinos offer around a 100% match in extra SC (sometimes more), while these are pretty close to what you’d get with a standard Gold Coin package.
Gold Treasure Casino has a few ongoing promotions for existing players as well. These include:
Purchases are optional at Gold Treasure Casino, but they’re the quickest way to boost your balance if you're running low on coins. During my review, I accessed the Parrot Store by tapping the “Get Coins” button, where the following Gold Coin packages were available:
Price | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
$2.99 | 45,000 GC | 0 SC |
$4.99 | 75,000 GC | 5 SC |
$9.99 | 150,000 GC | 10 SC |
$24.99 | 400,000 GC | 26 SC |
$49.99 | 1,000,000 GC | 52 SC |
$99.99 | 2,500,000 GC | 105 SC |
If you decide to purchase a package, the checkout process was straightforward when I tested it. I saw options for debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Skrill. Skrill stood out to me a bit since most newer social casinos don’t offer any digital wallet options.
On the redemption side, everything is handled through the “Redeem” button in your account menu. That’s where I was able to view my redeemable balance and the available payout options.
To redeem, you’ll need at least 100 SC and to complete identity verification (KYC). From what I saw, there isn’t a gift card option available. Cash prizes are paid via Skrill or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
According to Gold Treasure Casino’s terms and conditions, redemptions can take up to 10 business days to process and deliver, with up to 7 additional days for prizes over $5,000.
Total No. of Games: | 96 |
Game Types: | Slots, Scratch Cards, Arcade Games |
Software Providers: | BGaming |
Filtering Options: | Top Games, New Releases, Popular Games, Party Palace, Fire & Fortune, Legendary Treasures, Gold Classics, Mascot Treasure Rush, Octopus Specials, All Games |
Our Top Picks: | • Loki Loot |
As of the time of writing, Gold Treasure Casino has a fairly small, slot-heavy game library with fewer than 100 titles. When I tested the site, every game I saw was from a single provider, BGaming.
That caught me off guard. I had seen other reviews mention a much larger library, sometimes as many as 500 games, including titles from Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Evoplay. None of those were available during my testing, so it looks like the selection has either changed or been scaled back a bit.
The slots themselves are organized into different sections, mostly based on themes. Some of the categories I saw included Fire & Fortune, Legendary Treasures, and Octopus Specials, along with more standard sections like Popular Games and New Releases.
A few of the newer titles in the lineup included Yommi Rush, Wild Million, and Snoop Dogg Dollars.
I also checked the RTP percentages across a handful of games, and several appeared to be set lower than BGaming’s listed max RTP.
For example, Beer Bonanza is listed at 95.97% RTP on BGaming’s site but showed 94.04% here, while Hottest 666 is listed at 96.00% RTP but showed 94.00% on Gold Treasure Casino.
It’s not too unusual for a social casino to use lower RTP settings than the provider’s maximum, but it’s still something worth being aware of, especially if you’re comparing value across different sites.
There are a few other game types besides slots, including scratch cards and arcade games. That said, they’re not grouped into any specific sections, and I found them a bit hard to locate during my testing.
I had to scroll through the “All Games” page before eventually coming across some of the specialty options, including Balloon Mania and Scratch Alpaca Gold.
Gold Treasure Casino offers a dedicated mobile app for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), which is something you don’t see from most social and sweepstakes casinos.
At the time of writing, the sweepstakes casino app holds a 4.5/5.0 rating on both platforms. I tested the iOS version on my iPhone for this review and didn’t run into any major issues.
Overall, I liked the pirate theme they’ve got going across the platform. Navigation felt straightforward, and it didn’t take long to get a sense of where everything was.
There’s no sidebar menu like you see on a lot of other social casinos. Instead, everything is centered around the main lobby, where you’ll see a pirate ship surrounded by current promotions, along with the full library of games below that.
From there, you can move between sections using the four tabs at the bottom of the screen: Redeem, Store, Invite, and Account.
I also tested the desktop version on my MacBook, and there weren’t many differences. The layout adjusts slightly for the larger screen, but the overall structure and game selection are the same.
Gold Treasure Casino is a legal social casino that operates under U.S. sweepstakes laws. That said, I like to take a closer look at each site to get a better sense of how reliable and trustworthy it actually is. Here’s what I found during my review.
First, I went through Gold Treasure Casino’s official sweeps rules (you can find them at the bottom of the site under “Sweeps Policy”).
For the most part, everything looked fairly standard. That said, there were a few things that stood out to me or were at least worth pointing out:
Gold Treasure Casino is owned and operated by Miracle Studio Inc., with a registered address listed as 8 The Green A, Dover, DE 19901. I was able to easily find this information listed on the site, which is always a good sign.
That said, Miracle Studio Inc. appears to be relatively new in the sweepstakes gaming space. I didn’t come across any other social or sweepstakes casino platforms tied to the company, so there isn’t much of a track record to go off yet.
Gold Treasure Casino currently has a 4.3/5.0 rating on Trustpilot, based on more than 3,100 reviews. One thing I noticed is that they’ve only responded to about 6% of those, which isn’t ideal.
I went through a number of the more recent reviews to get a better sense of what players are saying. Most of the positive ones were pretty short and mentioned the app and website being easy to use, along with the high-quality graphics on the slot games.
On the negative side, there were quite a few reviews mentioning account bans or winnings being removed for “suspicious activity” or “violations of terms,” often without much explanation.
I also saw some complaints about the daily bonus wheel. It’s advertised as offering up to 56 SC per week, but several players said they felt a bit misled, since most of what they actually received was GC and very little SC.
You’ll find reviews like this for almost any social casino, so it’s not unique to Gold Treasure. Still, it would be a good sign to see them respond to more of these reviews and provide clearer explanations when issues like this come up.
Gold Treasure Casino does have a “Responsible Social Gameplay” section on its website and app, which is definitely a good sign.
On that page, they list several tools you can use to manage your activity, including spending limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), a cool-off period (24 hours up to 6 weeks), self-exclusion (1 month to permanent), reality checks (reminders of how long you’ve been playing), and session time limits.
It’s good to see these options available. The only downside is that you have to contact customer support to set them, rather than being able to adjust them yourself directly in your account settings.
There are currently three main ways to contact the Gold Treasure Casino customer support team:
During my review, I tested all three, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t very impressed.
I started with the live chat option, which you can access by tapping the Support option in your account menu. First, I was connected to their AI agent (Fin) and then had to wait for an actual "teammate" to join. I reached out on a Friday morning, sent multiple messages, and still didn’t hear back by Tuesday evening.
I started to think live chat support might not be available to me (since I had seen “Live Chat Support” listed as a benefit at higher loyalty tiers). So I moved on.
Next, I tried the phone support option. I didn’t get an answer when I called and was asked to leave a message. Finally, I reached out via email and eventually got a response back a little over a week later.
Overall, the response times were frustrating and slower than expected, especially compared to many other social casinos nowadays that offer near-instant live chat support to all of their players.
Gold Treasure Casino is available in most U.S. states (since it operates under a sweepstakes model rather than offering real-money gambling). That said, it isn’t accessible everywhere.

Signing up for Gold Treasure Casino took about a minute or two when I tested the process out during my review. Here are the exact steps I took:
I actually signed up using my Google account, which made the process a bit faster because no email verification was needed.
One other thing worth noting: You don’t need to complete KYC verification during signup. However, you will need to do it before you make your first prize redemption, and for this step, you'll need to provide photo ID (like a driver's license).
Gold Treasure Casino doesn’t stand out much compared to other popular social casinos in the U.S. right now. The no-deposit bonus is about average, its 100 SC minimum redemption is higher than what you’ll find at many other sites, and there are no live dealer games offered.
Social Casino | No Deposit Bonus | Min. Cash Redemption | Min. Gift Card Redemption | Mobile App | Live Dealer Games |

1,750,000 GC + 10.00 SC | 100 SC | 50 SC | No ❌ | No ❌ |
There are also a few things not shown in the table that are worth factoring in. The 3x playthrough requirement is higher than the typical 1x, the slot library is relatively small and limited to a single provider, and customer support was slow based on my experience.
To its credit, Gold Treasure does offer a mobile app for both iOS and Android, which isn’t that common among social and sweepstakes casinos. Outside of that, though, it falls behind in many key areas.
For now, you’re probably better off looking at some of the other options above, or just waiting to see how Gold Treasure improves over time.
Does Gold Treasure Casino pay real money?
Not directly (like a traditional gambling site does). You play using Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1.00 SC = $1.00 once you meet all the requirements.
Do you need a promo code for Gold Treasure Casino?
No. The welcome offers (no-deposit bonus and first-purchase bonus) are unlocked automatically after you register, so there’s no code to enter.
Is Gold Treasure Casino free to play?
Yes. You can sign up and play games using GC and SC (from the no-deposit bonus, daily bonuses, mail-in requests, and other promotions) without spending any money. Purchases are completely optional.
