Toronto has been strong at home and enters with the better record, while Chicago arrives amid roster changes and a ton of uncertainty all over the floor. Here, I take a closer look at both of these teams and what they are up against. I also make my Bulls vs Raptors prediction in the NBA.

Key Storylines
- Toronto enters on the second night of a back-to-back after losing by two points to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday. The Raps made some small moves in the trade market before the deadline, but their core of Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes, and RJ Barrett is still together for now.
- Chicago made a ton of moves around the trade deadline. They moved Nikola Vucevic to Boston in exchange for Anfernee Simons and they brought in a ton of second-round picks by trading away Ayo Dosunmu and some other talented pieces. New guards Anfernee Simons, Jaden Ivey, and Mike Conley are listed as game-time decisions due to transaction timing, and it will be very interesting to see what their roster looks like going forward.
- Injuries and absences: Jakob Poeltl is out for Toronto with a back issue, removing their best traditional rim anchor. Chicago has several newcomers as unavailable after having just been traded to the Bulls.
- Form guide: Bulls have dropped 4 of their past 5 and have struggled defensively away from Chicago. The Raptors have lost three of their last four games and they will try to turn things around here as well.

Final Thoughts
The big question going into this game is how the Bulls are going to look with so many pieces coming in and going out near the trade deadline. Eventually they could look like a better basketball team, but all of their new pieces being out should make it tough for them to contend with a very good Raptors team. I'll lay the points with Toronto, whose continuity should help them overcome being on the second game of a back-to-back.
