bet365, one of the iGaming industry's biggest names and most successful brands, has finally made its way into the world of daily fantasy sports. After operating one of the world's most successful sportsbooks and online casinos for over two decades, the UK-based company is now poised to bring its expertise and innovation to this exciting new frontier through the launch of bet365 Fantasy.
bet365 Fantasy Football is already available in the United Kingdom, and although no official announcement has been made, it is all but certain the global betting brand has its sights set on a U.S. launch in the not-so-distant future.
Despite some fierce competition, bet365 Sportsbook has quickly made a name for itself in Colorado, New Jersey, and several other states. Therefore, it appears to be only a matter of time before the bet365 DFS platform makes its debut in the United States and begins to battle it out with DraftKings, FanDuel, and all the other contenders in the American daily fantasy sports arena.
Despite a limited amount of information currently being available, our team here at ATS.io is here to provide you with the latest news regarding bet365 Fantasy and its plans for expansion. Continue reading to learn more about this exciting development in the world of daily fantasy sports and what DFS players and bet365 users should expect going forward.
bet365 Fantasy is the latest addition to the portfolio of offerings from bet365 Group Ltd, and it has been brought to life through a strategic partnership with Scout Gaming Group, a prominent Sweden-based company renowned as a leading B2B provider in the world of fantasy sports and betting.
The joint-venture Fantasy Sports product was first launched on August 3, 2022 to over 120 markets worldwide, including bet365's home country, the United Kingdom.
The launch took place just ahead of the start of the 2022-2023 Premier League season, and bet365 Fantasy "Football" (as the sport of soccer is known almost everywhere outside the U.S.) was fairly popular despite competing with the EPL's official Fantasy Football game, which does not offer traditional gambling but does give players a chance to win real prizes.
As a result of their initial success, bet365 and Scout Gaming Group launched a free-to-play fantasy football game for the 2023-2024 Premier League season with a prize pool of £500,000, which translates to nearly 616,000 U.S. dollars.
With bet365 Fantasy now preparing to enter the U.S. market and expand into popular American sports (football, basketball, baseball, etc.), it is unknown if Scout Gaming Group will continue to be a key partner in this exciting venture. However, what is certain is that bet365 is ready to face off against DFS industry giants like DraftKings and FanDuel to cement its place in the American daily fantasy sports landscape.
Before we go any further, let's take a look at the biggest pros and cons of bet365 Fantasy Sports. This will provide additional information about the DFS platform and give you a better idea of what to expect when it makes its launch in the United States.
Pros
Cons
As we await the launch of bet365 Fantasy in the United States, it is currently unknown what welcome offer or sign-up bonus will be provided to all new players. However, based on the generous bet365 Bet & Get Promo offered by its online sportsbook in New Jersey, Ohio, and several other U.S. states, we expect that all new users of bet365 Fantasy will be in for a treat.

🎁 bet365 Fantasy Welcome Offer: | TBD - Stay Tuned |
🎀 bet365 DFS Promo Code: | Coming Soon! |
🌎 Available States: | TBD - Stay Tuned |
Although we do not want to speculate on the exact details of the forthcoming bet365 Fantasy welcome offer, we can't help but anticipate that it will be nothing short of enticing. Deposit match bonuses, free contest entries, and first-bet offers are all possibilities, and these are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to potential perks for new players.
The fantasy sports model utilized by bet365 and Scout Gaming Group in the United Kingdom and many other markets bears a strong resemblance to that of DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog Fantasy, and other major DFS operators in the United States. Therefore, potential U.S. players should have no problem transitioning into the bet365 Fantasy experience.
For example, the £500,000 bet365 Fantasy Game for the 2023-2024 Premier League season is a single-entry contest, lasts the entire season, and awards cash prizes to players based on their final finish in the rankings at the end of the year.
Participants are tasked with managing a 15-man squad throughout the 38-week EPL season, and they will need to select 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders, and 3 forwards while staying under the £100M salary cap. All fantasy point totals are sourced via live feeds and calculated by SportyMan, bet365's statistics provider.
bet365's fantasy contests also typically incorporate team captains, who earn double fantasy points, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement to the game. This is quite similar to the "Showdown Captain Mode" utilized by DraftKings and several other DFS sites and apps.
Ultimately, potential U.S. players can expect bet365 Fantasy to offer them a seamless and familiar daily fantasy sports experience that closely resembles the platforms and formats they are already accustomed to.
It is currently unknown when the bet365 DFS platform will become available in the United States. Some industry experts predict it could be as soon as late 2023 or early 2024. However, the exact launch date remains uncertain.
Given the widespread popularity of daily fantasy sports in the U.S., it is clear that bet365 recognizes the immense potential and eager audience awaiting its entry into the market. While the specific launch date remains shrouded in uncertainty, one can expect that when bet365 does unveil its DFS platform in the United States, it will be met with great anticipation and excitement from American sports fans and DFS enthusiasts alike.
As the company navigates the intricacies of regulatory requirements and market dynamics, interested parties are encouraged to stay tuned here at ATS.io for official announcements and industry updates regarding the latest information on the launch date.

As one of the biggest names in the world of mobile sportsbooks and online casinos, bet365 offers a wide range of banking options to facilitate seamless transactions for its users. Let's take a look at the specific deposit options and withdrawal methods players can expect to have access to on bet365 Fantasy:
Withdrawal methods on bet365 Fantasy generally mirror the deposit options, ensuring a hassle-free experience when it's time to cash out your winnings. Specific withdrawal options and processing times may vary, so it's advisable to refer to the platform's official banking section for the most up-to-date information on both deposit and withdrawal methods.
Although we have yet to see precisely which types of contests bet365 Fantasy will offer in the U.S., here are a few options that players can reasonably anticipate based on the platform's track record and industry standards:
Cash games in daily fantasy sports refer to a category of contests that are often seen as more conservative and offer a higher likelihood of winning compared to other DFS formats. Head-to-head matchups and 50/50 contests are two of the most common types of DFS cash games.
In head-to-head contests, you compete against a single opponent. The goal is to simply score more fantasy points than your opponent while drafting from the same player pool and having the same salary restrictions. If you win, you will roughly double your entry fee, while a loss will cause you to forfeit your entry fee.
Meanwhile, 50/50 contests are designed for a larger group of participants. Roughly half of the entrants win, usually by finishing in the top half of scores. If you're in the top 50% of scores, you win an amount close to double your entry fee. Just like head-to-head matchups, this format offers a more balanced risk-reward profile and is often chosen by players looking for a safer DFS experience.
Guaranteed Prize Pool (GPP) tournaments are characterized by large prize pools and typically attract a substantial number of participants. The prizes are distributed across a range of finishing positions, with a significant portion going to the top performers.
These contests offer the chance to win substantial payouts and potentially life-changing amounts of money, but they are often top-heavy, meaning the majority of the prize money goes to a small percentage of high-scoring participants.
Lastly, Pick'em Contests have surged in popularity in recent years due to their unique format. In these contests, participants go head-to-head with the house, rather than competing against other DFS players. What sets Pick'em Contests apart is their striking similarity to prop bets and parlays commonly found in traditional sports betting.
In a Pick'em Contest, participants receive a series of choices, often focused on player performances and statistical outcomes. These choices may require participants to predict whether a player will surpass or fall short of a total number of points, passing yards, goals, or other crucial performance metrics relevant to the specific sport or game. The accuracy of their selections determines the participant's success.
