Statistically, Stephen F. Austin holds an edge in offensive output with about four more points per game than the Islanders and boasts a stronger free-throw shooting percentage that should help in a close game. Defensively, both teams are comparable in points allowed, but SFA’s efficiency on offense and ability to share the ball more effectively should lead to higher-quality scoring opportunities.
The two teams met earlier this season with Stephen F. Austin earning a 69-60 victory, showcasing the Lumberjacks’ ability to control tempo and take advantage of key offensive possessions. Against the spread this season, Stephen F. Austin has been strong with 19 wins in 24 opportunities, leading the nation in ATS win percentage. Texas A&M-CC is 11-11 against the spread going into this matchup.

Win Probability: Stephen F. Austin 68%, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 32% ATS PRO
I'm going to take Stephen F. Austin to win and cover the spread as a favorite on the road here. The Lumberjacks are one of the hottest teams in all of college basketball right now and they are playing better than they have since the Thomas Walkup era of the program. I'll back the Jacks to get a 12th straight win and to remain convincingly ahead of the pack in the Southland.
