The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will travel to Louisville to take on the Cardinals in a Saturday afternoon Atlantic Coast Conference basketball game that is not expected to be all that competitive. Georgia Tech enters this game at the bottom of the ACC standings and is a huge underdog against a Louisville team trying to bounce back from having a losing streak snapped last time out. Pick: Louisville -23.5 ATS PRO
Confidence: 4 out of 5
Louisville enters this contest with 19 wins against 7 losses and is nationally ranked. They just came off a high-scoring affair against SMU, where star guard Mikel Brown Jr. poured in 29 points in a 95-85 setback, demonstrating his ability to carry the Louisville offense. Louisville is a force at home, winning 13 of its 15 games on its home court. The Cardinals are making a lot of 3-point shots and are efficient from deep, ranking 79th in the nation in made triples per game and hitting 35.8% of its shots from beyond the arc.
Georgia Tech has struggled mightily in ACC play, holding only 2 conference victories against 12 defeats. The Yellow Jackets are in the midst of a losing streak highlighted by a lopsided recent loss to Virginia, and they rank near the bottom of the league in both offensive efficiency and turnover management. Their challenge will be limiting Louisville’s scoring while trying to maintain possession and keep the game competitive.

Louisville appears set to continue its strong form and capitalize on mismatches in this ACC clash. With superior scoring depth, perimeter shooting, and home court advantage, the Cardinals look well-positioned to cover the sizeable spread and deliver a decisive victory. I'll lay the points with Louisville, as they should bounce back from a loss in their last game.
