Overview of the BetMGM Rewards Program

• Users are automatically enrolled in the BetMGM Rewards Program when they register for an account with BetMGM.
• Two types of points, BetMGM Rewards Points and MGM Tier Credits, are collected in equal amounts each time a customer makes a wager using BetMGM Sportsbook or BetMGM Online Casino.
• BetMGM Rewards Points can be used to earn site credit for sports wagers, casino games, or poker play. In addition, they can be converted into MGM Rewards Points and used for incredible experiences at MGM Resorts.
• MGM Tier Credits are used to assign Tier Status to customers. Reaching higher tiers will allow the user to receive special benefits and perks from BetMGM as well as MGM Resorts across the nation.
• The amount, type, and odds of each bet made with BetMGM will determine how many Rewards Points and Tier Credits are awarded.

How Does the BetMGM Customer Loyalty Program Work?

The BetMGM customer loyalty program allows users to simultaneously earn two types of points: BetMGM Rewards Points and MGM Tier Credits.

• BetMGM Rewards Points: Rewards Points can be redeemed at the BetMGM Rewards Store for bonus credits or converted into MGM Rewards Points and used for hotel stays, entertainment options, and much more at the 20+ MGM Resorts located throughout the United States.
• MGM Tier Credits: Tier Credits are used to determine a customer's Tier Status. As they reach new and more exclusive tiers, the user will unlock special rewards and benefits offered by BetMGM and MGM Resorts.

MGM Tier Credits renew at the beginning of each year on January 1. Meanwhile, BetMGM Rewards Points expire after six months of inactivity for most customers. However, users who have reached a certain Tier Status (i.e., Pearl or above) will never forfeit their Rewards Points as long as they remain in one of the higher levels.

How To Earn Rewards Points & Tier Credits

BetMGM Rewards Points and MGM Tier Credits are earned at an equal rate when you place wagers on sports, play casino games, or take part in poker tournaments on the BetMGM website or mobile app. The number of points earned will typically depend on the size, type, and odds of each wager made.

The chart below demonstrates how many points will be earned for $100 wagers placed with BetMGM Sportsbook and BetMGM Online Casino.

*Note: The number of points earned is based on -110 odds for a straight bet and +300 odds for a parlay. The BetMGM Rewards Points and Tier Credits earned will be earned at higher or lower rates based on the odds of each sports wager placed.

As you can see, different types of wagers allow you to collect varying amounts of points. For example, a parlay will generally earn you 2.5 times as many Rewards Points and Tier Credits as straight bets (e.g., point spreads, moneylines, or over/under totals).

In addition, regular slot games offered by BetMGM Online Casino will allow you to collect 5 times as many points as live table games. It is also readily apparent that placing high-risk, high-reward wagers allows for the quickest accumulation of points through the BetMGM Rewards Program.

Furthermore, Tier Credits may be earned by hotel stays, dining experiences, and slots or table games played at any of the over 20 MGM Resorts across the United States. In addition, New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents will receive MGM Tier Credits for playing online casino games and poker or placing sports bets on the Borgata Online app.

How Can I Spend BetMGM Rewards Points?

The BetMGM Rewards Store is where you can redeem your points for bonus credits that can be used to play online casino games, enter poker tournaments, or place wagers on exciting matchups and events in the world of sports.

Customers can convert their BetMGM Rewards Points into MGM Rewards Points and redeem those for hotel accommodations, dining experiences, entertainment options, and much more at any of the MGM Resorts located across the United States.
